The purpose of this study was to determine the effect of Profitability (ROA) and Dividend (DPR) on Stock Prices on Automotive Sub-Sector Manufacturing Companies listed on the Indonesia Stock Exchange. In this study the data used is secondary data and the methods used are descriptive statistical tests, analysis of the coefficient of determination, simple regression analysis, multiple regression analysis, simple correlation test, and multiple correlation tests. Hypothesis testing with the help of the Statistical Product and Service Solution (SPSS) program version 24. The results of this study are the effect of profitability on stock prices 28.2%, the rest is influenced by other factors as much as 71.8%. Dividend's effect on stock prices is 7.9%, the rest is influenced by other factors as much as 92.1%. the effect of profitability and dividend together on stock prices is 29.8%, the rest is influenced by other factors as much as 70.2%
This training aims to provide knowledge, understanding, and skill to participants about preparing business plans and starting new businesses by utilizing social media. Participants are expected to be able to find breakthroughs in creating job opportunities for themselves and others during the Covid-19 pandemic. This training was attended by 24 participants consisting of members of the Tangerang Mandiri Student Community and housewives. The method of implementing the activities includes the stages of preparation, implementation, and reporting. While the technique of implementing training activities is online. The results of this training activity indicated that the participants were quite satisfied with this training activity. This activity is sufficient to contribute to participants in increasing knowledge, understanding, and skills in establishing new digital-based MSMEs businesses, compiling simple business plans, and being able to find business opportunities. Therefore, in the future, further activities are needed, namely assistance activities for the establishment of new businesses (MSMEs) based on digital and how to design digital marketing using social media.
This study aims to ascertain the effect of the digital economy and women's empowerment on the family economy. SMEs communities in Tangerang City, Banten Province, were included in this study. The sampling technique utilized is a combination of probability sampling and random sampling. They are compiling data through the use of a questionnaire. The maximum number of people whose data can be analyzed is 97. This study used Partial Least Squares to analyze the data (PLS). The findings indicated that (1) the construct of the digital economy had a positive and significant effect on women's empowerment, with a statistical T value of 2.990; (2) the construct of women's empowerment had a positive and significant effect on the family economy, with a statistical T value of 7.141; and (3) both the digital economy and women's empowerment had a positive and significant effect on the family economy, with a statistical F value of 242.61.
This study investigates the relationship between green human capital, green operational capital, green intellectual capital, and organisational operational efficiency. It also investigates the function of green intellectual capital in moderating these interactions. Green human capital relates to individuals’ environmental knowledge and abilities, whereas green operational capital refers to the physical resources and technologies that support sustainable operations. Green intellectual capital refers to an organisation’s collective environmental knowledge, innovative thinking, and capacities. The study emphasises the interdependence of these variables and their impact on operational efficiency. Green intellectual capital, it is discovered, mediates the linkages between green human capital and operational efficiency, as well as green operational capital and operational efficiency. The findings highlight the necessity of cultivating a sustainable culture and investing in developing green resources and competencies to improve operational efficiency. This study adds to the body of knowledge on green management and offers useful insights for organisations seeking to establish sustainable operational practices and competitive advantages.
