The purpose of this study is to examine the use of information technology in management systems in tertiary institutions in Indonesia which are still not maximally and evenly utilized both in terms of equipment and management. This research is an international journal study. The results of input resource research include visualizer / document camera, computer, whiteboard, student response system, and application program. Output resources include projectors, interactive whiteboards, and displays: monitors, televisions and more. Finally, other ICT equipment includes digital cameras, switchers, digital recorders, and other innovations. Conclusions, discussion of solutions to overcome obstacles in the form of uneven infrastructure that supports the application of this technology in education and the unpreparedness of human resources to utilize information and communication technology in the learning process. The research aims at finding out the influence of leadership style and communicative skill of school principals on teachers working performance in senior high schools of North Musi Rawas regency. The research was conducted through quantitative approach with double regression analysis. It was executed in 6 senior high schools in North Musi Rawas regency. The population of the research was all senior high schools in North Musi Rawas regency. Meanwhile, the accessible population was six schools consist of 200 informants. The sampling technique was stratified random sampling, namely, collecting sample randomly propositioned from each group in the schools. The data analysis was done through double regression analysis with ordinary least Square. Then the hypothesis testing was through multi-co-linearity, heterokedastisitas, auto-corellation, normally distributed. Statistical hypothesis was done through T testvamd F test. The result of variable X1 analysis presented t-obtained = 2,644 and p-value = 0.027/2 = 0,013 < 0.05, it means leadership style has a positive impact on teachers performance. Moreover, the result of variable X2 analysis presented t-obtained = 2.526 and p-value = 0.013/2 = 0.006 < 0.05, it means the communicative skill of school principals has a positive impact on teachers working performance. This research aims to get the pattern of student management in Elementary Schools (SD) according to the Graduates Competency Standards (SKL). The study was conducted at Pertiwi Elementary School in Bogor city using qualitative methods with the type of case study research. Data collection techniques are carried out through interviews, observation, and documentation. Data analysis uses the Miles and Huberman Model which consist of data collection, data reduction, data presentation and verification or conclusion. Examination of the validity of the data using triangulation. The results showed: (1) Management of students was carried out starting from planning, student admission, student orientation, grouping / placement of students, reporting of evaluation results, level and non-level systems, mutations and drop out of students, special services for students, disciplinary coaching of students, student organizations, and graduations and alumni. (2) Teachers become pioneers in the management of students because they have an agent role in the progress of students' development.
The purpose of this study was to determine the effect of participatory leadership and school principal communication on teacher performance. This research uses a quantitative approach with multiple regression methods. The results of the study, through regression calculations, obtained the calculated F price of 9,246 while the F price of 5% table in db (53-2) was 4.11 and the F price of 1% table in db (53-2) was 7.35. So the relationship between participative leadership and principal communication together with teacher performance, is significant. In conclusion, there is an influence of participatory leadership and school principal communication with teacher performance. Keywords: Participatory Leadership, Communication, Teacher Performance
ABSTRAKPenelitian ini bertujuan ntuk mengetahui perencanaan, pelaksanaan, control dan evaluasi tenaga pendidik di SD IT Mutiara Cendekia Lubuklinggau. Penelitian ini menggunakan pendekatan kualitatif dengan metode deskiriftif kualitatif. Subyek penelitian terdiri dari kepala sekolah, dewan guru dan staf, wali murid SD IT Mutiara Cendekia Lubuklinggau. Hasil penelitian, perencanaan tenaga pendidik dilakukan dengan baik seperti ratio guru dan siswa (2/22) sangatlah relevan dalam proses belajar dan mengajar. Simpulan dalam penelitian ini, yakni 1), perencanaan tenaga pendidik SD IT Mutiara Cendekia Lubuklinggau berjalan dengan baik yakni merekrut tenaga pendidik dengan menyeleksi administrasi berkas lamaran pekerjaan dan tes kemampuan baca al-Qur'an serta tes micro teaching, 2) pelaksananaan tenaga pendidik melalui pembinaan dari yayasan dua kali sebulan, pelatihan kurikulum 2013 dan seminar pengembangan mutu guru, 3) kepala sekolah mengontrol tenaga pendidik dengan cara berkeliling ke ruang belajar selama proses pembelajaran berlangsung, memeriksa absensi tenaga pendidik melalui finger print, dan jurnal pembelajaran di dalam kelas, 4) kepala sekolah menggunakan angket, kemudian disebarkan kepada siswa sehingga masukkan-masukkan mengenai tenaga pendidik dalam menjalankan tugasnya dapat diketahui dan dilakukan pembinaan oleh kepala sekolah. ABSTRACTThis study aims to determine the planning, implementation, control and evaluation of educators at SD IT Mutiara Cendekia Lubuklinggau. This study uses a qualitative approach with qualitative descriptive methods. The research subjects consisted of the principal, the board of teachers and staff, the guardians of elementary students of IT Mutiara Mutiara Scholar Lubuklinggau. The results of the study, the planning of educators is done well as the teacher and student ratio (2/22) is very relevant in the learning and teaching process. Conclusions in this study, namely 1), the planning of Mutiara IT Scholar SD Lubuklinggau elementary school educators went well namely recruiting educators by selecting the administration of job application files and the ability to read al-Qur'an as well as micro teaching tests, 2) the implementation of educators through coaching from the foundation twice a month, 2013 curriculum training and teacher quality development seminars, 3) the principal controls the
