Students in schools need the ability to self-regulated learning (SRL) to support academic achievement. This study aims to identify the acceptance of the Creative Cognitive-Behavior Counseling Model (CCBCM) based on expert guidance and counseling and product effectiveness testing. CCBCM is an integration of Cognitive Behavior Counseling (CBC) with creative art. The type of research used is research and development (RnD) by adapting the Borg and Gall formula which is limited to stages (1) problem identification; (2) formulation of a hypothetical draft model; (3) product feasibility testing by experts in guidance and counseling;(4) product revision; (5) test product effectiveness. The instrument used in this study was a self-regulated learning scale (SRLS) and expert assessment sheets about product viability. The results from the study concluded that CCBCM was categorized as feasible to be applied by school counselors to develop students' SRL based on assessments by expert guidance and counseling. CCBCM can also effectively improve students' SRL. Counselors can use CCBCM as a counseling strategy to enhance students' SRL at school.
A new T-grafting photosensitizer of Dye-Sensitized Solar Cell (DSSC) has been developed by aligning Donor-Acceptor (D-A) group in an axially chiral BODIPY. Synthesis of the dye was conducted over a linear approach involving one-pot, non-oxidative synthesis of 1,3,5,7-tetramethyl-8-(o-methoxyphenyl)BODIPY, bromination, and finally C2/C6 ethyl acrylate Pd-Heck coupling to produce 65% of 2-ethylacrylic-1,3,5,7-tetramethyl-8-(o-methoxyphenyl)BODIPY (BOD-8) and 35% of 2,6-diethylacrylic-1,3,5,7-tetramethyl-8-(o-methoxyphenyl)BODIPY (BOD-9), both characterized by the appearance of acrylic alkenes at 6.05, and 7.63 ppm for BOD-8, and the additional 5.43, 7.80 ppm doublet peaks for BOD-9. The resulting dye showed excellent photon harvesting-related photovoltaic properties and electronic injection and regeneration processes where the acrylic esters were found to be the Donor and the aryl was the Acceptor. Eventually, the dye produced a current at 0.5% efficiency, similar to the horizontal D-A DSSC photosensitizer design.
Abstract-Evaluation comprehensive guidance and counseling programs in Indonesia is carried out systematically in its assessment. Assessment can be found through implementation program guidance and counseling in aspects of planning, design, implementation, and evaluation in guidance and counseling programs, and components guidance and counseling program. The goal of this study is to describe the implementation of comprehensive guidance and counseling programs by school counselors. This research uses evaluation research. The approach used in the research is a systems approach that is focused on aspects of planning, implementation, and evaluate. Instruments used are questionnaire and documentation. Data analyzed using quantitative techniques. The finding showed that the implementation guidance and counseling program in high schools at the level of is still far from the expected standards (58.4%). Planning aspects guidance and counseling program at the level of is still far from the expected standard (54.69%). Implementation aspects guidance and counseling program at the level of expected standards (62.5%). The last aspect is evaluate aspect guidance and counseling program at the level of is still far from expected standards (56.52%). So the recommendation is the teacher guidance and counseling in Indonesia as a come from graduates of guidance and counseling departement.
Application of on-grid PLTS on the effort of catfish enlargement aims to reduce the cost for the fulfillment of electrical energy, increase knowledge and train the skills to assemble PLTS on grid. Farmers catfish use electrical energy to power the water pump. PLTS on grid enables saving on electricity costs. The use of on-grid PLTS does not require an electric storage battery. The overproduction of electricity from PLTS allows it to be sold to PLN. If there is a shortage of electricity, then electricity is purchased from PLN. Public knowledge about PLTS can be introduced in theory and practice of PLTS installation scale 2000 WP (watt peak). The use of 2000 WP can produce 9.2 KWH / day in sunny conditions.e
