The purpose of this study is to know the character education in MAN Kota Serang, to know the implementation of character education in Curriculum 2013, and to know the strategy of headmaster of MAN in Serang City in the implementation of character education in the curriculum 2013. The research method used in this research is qualitative method, with descriptive analytic research design. Data collection techniques used are, in-depth interviews, documentation and observation. The results of this study states that the implementation of character education in MAN Kota Serang has been well realized. The 2013 curriculum that has been implemented in MAN Kota Serang becomes a reference that makes it easier for all stake holders in applying character education in School. The content of the character values embedded in the students themselves, both at the time of learning activities and during school activities, among others: such as responsibility, courtesy, discipline, and have a high spiritual spirit (religious), honesty, citizenship, confident has become a character that is formed in the students of Madrasah Aliyah in Serang City. Supporting activities or programs for the implementation of character education in schools are well implemented, with several supporting factors ranging from leadership to all stake holders in schools, as well as facilities and infrastructure that support the needs of students to apply life skills in accordance with their potential.
Indonesia is the most generous country by donating unknown people, money donations, and volunteer activities based on the World Giving Index by the Muslim majority population, contributing to the poor's socioeconomic, welfare, and empowerment. Zakat is a philanthropic activity with great potential and utilization, but there is a gap between its revenue potential and its realization. This research aims to describe the hope that zakat will strengthen philanthropy in Indonesia. The research method uses a qualitative descriptive approach and reports from zakat institution's secondary data sources. The results showed 81 amil zakat institutions and 491 zakat bureaus as zakat collection institutions increased in zakat collection by 26%, consisting of zakat fitrah, zakat mal income, zakat institutions, and individual zakat as 5.1 million people and corporate zakat as 36,000. Zakat through e-zakat or bank transfers and e-payments reached 93% during the Covid-19 pandemic. Zakat gives excellent hope to society's welfare through government and stakeholder regulations that can reduce the level of poverty. Zakat IDR 10.2 trillion gives hope to 23 million people and frees 15759 from the poverty line with better distribution effectiveness; the philanthropic hope of strengthening zakat in Indonesia has provided benefits and community welfare.
Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk mengetahui pengaruh gaya kepemimpinan kepala sekolah dan kinerja guru terhadap mutu pendidikan di SMK Insan Aqilah 1 KOTA SERANG dan SMK pgri4 kota serang. meningkatkan mutu pedidikan di SMK Smk insan aqilah dan di SMK PGRI 4 kota serang. Metode yang digunakan dalam penelitian ini adalah metode Survei. Populasi terjangkau adalah dewan guru di SMK Se-Kecamata Sukamulya sebanyak 60 orang. Instrumen yang digunakan yaitu angket Variabel X1 (gaya kepemimpinan kepala sekolah ) 30 soal yang telah diuji validitas dan reliabilitas, angket Variabel X2 (kinerja guru) sebanyak 30 soal yang telah diuji validitas dan reliabilitas, dan angket Variabel Y (Mutu Pendidikan) guru sebanyak 30 soal yang telah diuji validitas dan reliabilitas; Analisis data mengunakan Regresi Sederhan. Berdasarkan hasil uji regresi ganda dapat diketahui terdapat pengaruh yang signifikan antara Manajemen Sarana Prasarana dan Mutu Tenaga Pendidik terhadap Mutu Pembelajaran. Hal ini X1, X2 dan Y adalah Ŷ = ɑ +b1X2 = 13,50 + 0,29X1 + 0,47 X2 , artinya jika X1 dan X2 diabaikan maka Y sebesar 13,50 dan setiap penambahan 1 point pada X1 akan memberikan tambahan Y sebesar 0,29 dan setiap penambahan 1 point pada X2 akan memberikan tambahan Y sebesar 0,47. Persamaan regresi ini signifikan dengan taraf signifikan 0,05 di peroleh Ftabel sebesar 3,83. Karena Fhitung > Ftabel 3,83 > 4,98, maka tolak H0 dan terima H1 dengan demikian terdapat pengaruh yang signifikan antara pengaruh gaya kepemimpinan kepala sekolah dan kinerja guru terhadap mutu pendidikan dismk insan aqilah 1 kota serang dan SMK pgri4 kota serang
This study aims to determine whether the transformational leadership style has a significant effect on employee job satisfaction at the Civil Service Police Unit Office of Bima City. With the sampling technique using purposive sampling. The population used in this study were 228 employees with details of 82 civil servants and 146 contract workers. The sample used in this study amounted to 82 civil servants. The research method used simple linear regression to obtain a good regression value, first tested the validity and reliability test. And the results of this study indicate that the leadership style of the transformation has no effect on the performance of employees at the Civil Service Police Unit Office of Bima City. Based on statistical calculations, Thus it was decided that the hypothesis that says there is a significant influence between transformation leadership style on employee performance at the civil service police unit office in Bima City with Ha rejected and Ho is accepted, which means that the leadership style of the transformation (X), has no significant effect on employee performance (Y).
Tujuan penelitian adalah untuk mengetahui : 1) Pendayagunaan ZIS di BMH Denpasar Bali.2) Program rintisan sebar da’i membangun negeri di BMH Denpasar Bali. 3) Kendala yang dihadapi oleh BMH Denpasar Bali dalam pendayagunaan ZIS melalui program rintisan sebar da’i membangun negeri. Metode penelitian ini deskriptif-kualitatif. Informan 6 orang yang dipilih secara purposive. Pengumpulan data melalui observasi, wawancara, dan dokumentasi. Teknik analisisis data meliputi reduksi data, penyajian data, dan penarikan kesimpulan. Berdasarkan hasil penelitian, dalam pendayagunaan ZIS di Baitul Maal Hidayatullah (BMH) Denpasar Bali memiliki 3 nilai, yaitu : pengalokasian, sasaran dan pendistribusian. Sedangkan untuk program sebar da’i membangun negeri memiliki 3 nilai yaitu : sosial, pendidikan dan dakwah. faktor penghambat dalam pendayagunaan ZIS melalui program rintisan sebar da’i adalah : perolehan dana ZIS yang menurun diakibatkan pandemi covid-19, kurangnya SDM baik yang ada di Baitul Maal Hidayatullah (BMH) Denpasar Bali dan kurangnya SDM di pondok sebagai tenaga pendidik, lingkungan yang masih dimayoritasi masyarakat hindu sehingga proses pendidikan melalui program ini kurang maksimal, jauhnya dari pusat perkotaan sehingga mempersulit layanan kesehatan dan kurangnya sarana dan prasarana yang ada di pondok.
