Pattani Province in southern Thailand is the only province with the majority of the Muslim population. Besides Pattani the majority of Thai residents (67 million people) are Buddhists. Only 10% of Thai people are Muslims, including Pattani's Muslim Malay minority. Some data suggest that the Thai government made policies that often discredited and did not accommodate the interests of Malay Muslims. This became one of the reasons for the emergence of opposition to Thai government and ethnicity. For example, must use the Thai language (thaification Program) reinforced by the prohibition of the use of Malay language and nationalization of Thai society culture through language and customs. The cultural policies relating to the use of Thai language and customs are intended to promote Thai nationalism, while they erode the identity (religion and culture) of Pattani Malay. The Malay minority resistance was led by the scholar Tuan Guru Haji Sulong Al-Fathani. He also acted as negotiator with the Thai government in order to fight for Malay Muslim aspirations. His negotiations resulted in a policy of the enactment of Malay language education as a curriculum material at Pattani National School.
This study aimed to describe in depth between the link of school policy and the school quality improvement. The method in this study is a qualitative method using the case study presented descriptively. This research was conducted at SMA Negeri 2 Babat Tomat Kabupaten Musi Banyuasin. Based on this study it was found that the First, free school policy can help the economy / ease the burden of school costs to be incurred by the parents. Second, the policy constraints of the application for free school educa-tion at SMAN 2 Babat Toman is not very effective, so that the students' interest is not increasing, infrastructure is one of the obstacles in the implementation of free school education, how the quality of schools will be increased if it is not supported by facilities and complete infrastructure. Third, the quality of school education free SMAN 2 Babat Toman already realized well with regard to input, input turns unselected maximum, that is the students. Fourth, the implementation of free school education in Banyuasin, the quality of school SMAN 2 Babat Toman Muba Sumsel was not increased. This means that the implementation for free school education quality of school SMAN 2 Babat Toman was not increased.Keywords : free schools, school quality, case studies
Abstrak Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk mengetahui tanggapan responden mengenai perilaku, kepuasan dan loyalitas konsumen pada Dusun Sidodadi Desa Terentang Baru. Populasi yang digunakan adalah masyarakat Dusun Sidodadi dan jumlah sampel yang digunakan dalam penelitian ini berjumlah 56 orang, sampel penelitian ini masyarakat yang menggunakan produk. Hasil penelitian ini menunjukkan bahwa tanggapan responden mengenai perilaku kategori baik, tanggapan responden mengenai kepuasan kategori puas, dan tanggapan responden mengenai loyalitas kategori loyal. This research aimed to measure the influence of job satisfaction and organizational commitment on the principal's organizational citizen behaviour (OCB). The kind of research was quantitative with a method of survey. The research population was 116 people. With the Proportional Random Sampling technique, the sample used was 90 people. Data collection was done by distributing questionnaires. The techniques of data analysis were descriptive analysis and inferential statistics. The results indicated an effect of job satisfaction on Organizational Citizenship Behaviour (OCB). The positive effect of organizational commitment on organizational citizenship behaviour and job satisfaction also positively influenced organizational commitment. This research has implications for principals' organizational citizenship behaviour was able to be increased to improve organizational justice, improvement and enhancement of job satisfaction and organizational commitment will affect the improvement of organizational citizenship behaviour of principals.

The values of individual philosophy contained in the proverbs have a very influential meaning to the young Islamic generation themselves, as they are applied in the family and society.
