Pendidikan jarak jauh akibat dari adanya pandemi Covid-19 memberikan dampak positif yang lebih sedikit. Hal ini dikarenakan pembelajaran jarak jauh masih memiliki infrastruktur yang belum memadai dan belum memberikan hasil pembelajaran yang efisien di masa depan. Salah satu Sekolah Dasar yang menerapkan pembelajaran daring di Bekasi adalah SDN Mangunjaya 01. Pembelajaran daring yang merepresentasikan pembelajaran masa depan perlu dikaji lebih lanjut apabila akan diterapkan pada SDN Mangunjaya 01. Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk mengevaluasi proses pembelajaran daring di SDN Mangunjaya 01 Bekasi. Penelitian menggunakan metode deskriptif evaluatif dengan model CIPP. Sampel penelitian dipilih dengan random sampling yaitu 200 responden yang terdiri dari siswa, orang tua/wali murid, dan guru SDN Mangunjaya 01 Bekasi. Data yang digunakan adalah data primer yang didapatkan dari pengisian kuisioner oleh responden. Hasil dari penelitian menunjukan bahwa proses pembelajaran daring di SDN Mangunjaya 01 Bekasi dinilai kurang maksimal. Hal ini dikarenakan interaksi antara guru dan siswa atau siswa dengan siswa masih sangat minim. Selain itu, proses pembelajaran online masih didominasi oleh pemberian instruksi melalui pesan di sosial media Whatsapp, hal tersebut dapat menurunkan minat siswa untuk belajar. Sementara itu, SDN Mangunjaya 01 Bekasi memiliki sumber daya guru yang berkualitas, sehingga seharusnya tidak sulit bagi sekolah untuk menciptakan strategi pembelajaran secara daring.
ABSTRACT The objective of this research is to measure the effect degree of organizational justice and job satisfaction toward organizational commitment of the principals of public high school in Jakarta. The data were collected from the principals that selected as a respondent through the questionnaires and analyzed using path analysis. The result of the study shows: there is a positive effect of organizational justice variable on organizational commitment. The data analysis said the path coefficient value of organizational justice on organizational commitment described a positive contribution. The effect of job satisfaction on organizational commitment was also showed a positive correlation. The data of organizational justice variable was also indicated a positive influenced on the job satisfaction. Keywords: Organizational Justice, Job Satisfaction, Organizational Commitment
Al-Hamid Putri Islamic Boarding School also carries out Basic Leadership Training activities to train students to organize, how to manage time, socialize, and express opinions. On the other hand, the formation of OSIS also plays a very important role in shaping the spirit of leadership. This study aims to evaluate the OSIS Leadership Training Program for the Al-Hamid Putri Islamic Boarding School. The research was conducted at the Al-Hamid Putri Islamic Boarding School, Cibubur. East Jakarta. The population and sample in this study were the participants of the OSIS Leadership Training Basic Al-Hamid Putri Islamic Boarding School. This research uses descriptive qualitative research method with KirkPatrick Evaluation Method. KirkPatrick's Evaluation Method focuses on 4 Levels of Evaluation Stages; Level 1 Reaction, Level 2 Learning Phase, Level 3 Behavior Phase, and Level 4 Outcome Phase. Level 1 Reactions provide positive satisfaction according to the participants' responses based on indicators of material, consumption, facilities and infrastructure and, presenters. Level 2 Learning Phase provides 80% response about understanding related to the material. Level 3 Behavioral Stage provides an 85% response related to significant changes related to the application of materials in daily life. Level 4 Stage Results obtained a response of 70% related to the increase in information and performance obtained after participating in the training. This training had a positive impact on changing the behavior of the participants at the Al-Hamid Putri Islamic Boarding School, Cibubur, East Jakarta.
Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk membandingkan kesesuaian kegiatan sekolah tentang penanaman sikap cinta tanah air melalui kegiatan kebudayaan antara proposal pengajuan dan keputusan rapat dengan pelaksanaan kegiatan yang meliputi tahap perencanaan, pelaksanaan, dan hasil kegiatan. Penelitian ini merupakan penelitian evaluasi yang menggunakan model responsif Stake dan dilakukan di sekolah Intercultural dengan subjek penelitian adalah siswa, guru, dan koordinator nasional. Teknik pengumpulan data dilakukan dengan teknik triangulasi yang terdiri dari wawancara, studi dokumentasi, dan observasi. Keseluruhan data yang terkumpul dianalisis secara deskriptif kualitatif yang dilakukan pada saat pengumpulan data dan setelah pengumpulan data pada periode waktu tertentu. Hasil penelitian menunjukkan bahwa kegiatan memperkenalkan kebudayaan Indonesia melalui kegiatan sekolah yang terdiri dari kegiatan perlombaan, talk show, dan upacara bendera dapat menanamkan sikap cinta tanah air pada siswa, khususnya pada siswa sekolah Intercultural.
The purpose of this study was to determine the effectiveness of the science learning process by using the evaluation of the CIPP Contexts, Input, Process, Product) model at SMP Negeri 21 Jakarta. Determination of the effectiveness of a learning process is seen from the level of achievement of the learning objectives that have been determined at the beginning of learning. This research was qualitative research that uses the CIPP model by evaluating each component of the context, input, process and product to achieve an effective learning process. Sources of research data were science teachers, curriculum representatives, and school principals at SMP Negeri 21 Jakarta. Primary data collection using observation instruments while secondary data obtained through documentation and interviews. The data obtained from observations, documentation and interviews were then analysed descriptively and qualitatively. The results of the study indicate that the implementation of learning which includes the requirements for implementing learning and learning activities is quite effective.
