One of the quality of outpatient services in hospitals is the provision of fast and accurate medical record files so that they can support good health services. Provision of medical record documents in outpatient services in accordance with Hospital Minimum Service Standards No.129/Menkes/SK/II/2008 that is less than or equal to 10 minutes, but to determine the continuity of the time suitability, monitoring analysis needs to be carried out, whether there is an increase in speed of medical record services or experiencing a decline in medical record services. So if there are significant obstacles, it is necessary to look for the causative factors, then if the speed of service increases, it is necessary to know and improve what factors greatly influence the increase of speed in medical record services of the outpatient unit of X Hospital. The purpose of this study is to monitor and analyze the speed of medical record services in the outpatient unit of X Hospital. The type of research conducted is qualitative research. The subject of this research is the coordinator in each part of processing (assembling, coding, indexing, analyzing), distribution, filing or storage and retrieval of medical records.
Latar Belakang: Perkembangan penyakit di Indonesia saat ini terjadi transisi epidemiologi yaitu belum tertanganinya penyakit menular namun terjadi peningkatan penyakit tidak menular. Penyakit dapat dicegah dengan adanya pemeliharaan Kesehatan dan salah satunya ada hidup bersih. Pada lokasi bencana alam lingkungan yang bersih sulit di wujudkan, namun dengan peran serta berbagai pihak termasuk masyarakat lingkungan yang bersih dapat dicapai. Pemahaman tentang manajemen pencegahan penyakit dan pengendalian infeksi merupakan hal yang penting bagi petugas (pemerintah maupun non pemerintah) dan juga masyarakat untuk pencegahan terjadinya wabah penyakit termasuk dalam situasi bencana. Metode: Penelitian ini merupakan deskriptif korelasional dengan mencari tahu hubungan tingkat pengetahuan dan nal. untuk melaksanakan manajemen pengendalian nfeksi para relawan (non medis) di lokasi bencana. Pendekatan yang digunakan adalah pendekatan cross sectioanal. Pengambilan sample menggunakan metode purposive sampling dengan menyebarkan google form selama dua minggu pada para relawan penanggulangan bencana dengan kriteria inklusi sebagai berikut: berdomisili di pulau Jawa dan minimal 3 kali telah ikut dalam penanggulangan bencana dan/atau minimal pernah 1 kali mengikuti latihan kebencanaan. Hasil: Dari 164 responden dapat disimpulkan bahwa sebanyak 69,5% responden memiliki tingkat pemahaman, 55,5% memiliki tingkat empati yang rendah, 63,4% memiliki tingkat pengetahuan yang tinggi tentang manajemen pencegahan penyakit dan pengendalian infeksi di lokasi bencana. Faktor yang mempengaruhi tingkat pemahaman manajamen pencegahan penyakit dan pencegahan infeksi relawan penangggulangan bencana (non medis) adalah usia, pendidikan, pengalaman menjadi relawan dan pendidikan.Sementara tingkat empati,komitmen, tingkat pengorbanan, status pernikahan dan pekerjaan tidak mempengaruhi tingkat pemahaman para relawan tentang manajemen penyakit dan pengendalian infeksi. Kesimpulan: Tingkat pemahaman manajemen pencegahan penyakit dan pengendalian infeksi di pengaruhi oleh usia, pendidikan, dan pengalaman relawan. Motivasi relawan penanggulangan bencana yang diukur dari nilai pengorbanan, nilai empati,nilai komitmen, status pernikahan dan status pekerjaan tidak mempengaruhi tingkat pemahaman para relawan tentang manajemen penyakit dan pengendalian infeksi Saran: Penelitian tentang tingkat pemahaman relawan penanggulangan bencana (non medis) ini merupakan penelitian dan mengambil sampel di Pulau Jawa, namun tidak merepresentasikan para relawan di seluruh Indonnesia. Penulis menyarankan dilakukan penelitian lanjutan sehingga mendapat gambaran yang lebih akurat tentang kondisi para relawan penanggulangan bencana di Indonesia guna pengambilan kebijakan dalam upaya peningkatan derajat Kesehatan yang lebih baik bagi masyarakat.
