Este estudo foi elaborado com o intuito de elucidar o processo de gestão de materiais médico-hospitalares no Sistema Único de Saúde. O estudo justifica-se pela necessidade de enfatizar a importância deste conhecimento para os profissionais que desempenham atividades em instituições de saúde. Tem como objetivo conhecer o processo da gestão de materiais e sua logística voltada para instituição hospitalar pública. Trata-se de estudo do tipo revisão integrativa da literatura. As etapas metodológicas usadas foram: seleção das questões para revisão; estabelecimento de critérios de seleção da amostra; análise e interpretação dos dados e redação dos resultados. Observou-se que o processo de gestão de materiais influencia de forma significativa no trabalho dos profissionais que atuam diretamente ou indiretamente na assistência a saúde. A necessidade dos profissionais da saúde em envolver-se de forma interdisciplinar na gestão dos materiais é notória, assim acrescentando seu conhecimento em tal processo o que permite a qualidade e especificação correta para a obtenção dos materiais. Entende-se que o setor de compras no hospital é essencial, sua organização proporciona qualidade e presteza na assistência ao paciente. Dessa forma, profissionais necessitam dominar o processo desde a aquisição até a dispensação. Descritores: Administração Hospitalar. Logística. Saúde.
Objetivo: avaliar famílias com membros em tratamento de tuberculose por meio do Modelo Calgary de Avaliação de Família (MCAF). Metodologia: estudo do tipo descritivo-exploratório no qual participaram duas unidades familiares possuindo um membro em tratamento de tuberculose, ambas cadastradas em uma Estratégia Saúde da Família em Belém, no Pará. Para a aplicação do Modelo, foi realizada a técnica de entrevista semiestruturada e uso de genograma e ecomapa. Resultados: após a avaliação de família realizada conforme Modelo Calgary de Avaliação de Família, resultaram duas famílias, sendo uma monoparental, liderada pela mulher, e a outra alargada; em ambas, o membro adoecido é o provedor de questões econômicas e as famílias, pesquisadas possuem relacionamentos e vínculos com algumas instituições de saúde, religiosas, escolares e até grupos de apoio social. Conclusões: o Modelo Calgary de Avaliação de Família mostrou ser eficaz como uma nova estratégia de avaliação, contribuindo para o planejamento de cuidados de famílias em qualquer nível de atenção à saúde.Descritores: Enfermagem de família, Atenção Primária à Saúde, Serviços de Assistência Domiciliar.CALGARY MODEL OF FAMILY EVALUATION: EVALUATION OF FAMILIES WITH INDIVIDUALS SICKENED WITH TUBERCULOSISObjective: Evaluating family members in treatment of Tuberculosis through the Calgary Model of Family Evaluation (CMFE). Methodology: Descriptive-exploratory type study, in which two family units having a member in treatment of tuberculosis participated, both registered in a Family Health Strategy, Belém, Pará. For the application of the Model, the technique of semi-structured interview was perfomed and utilization of genogram and eco-map. Results: After the evaluation of the family was performed according to Calgary Model of Family Evaluation resulted in two families, one being a mono-parental headed by the woman and the other expended, in both cases the sick member is the provider of economic matters and the families researched have ties and relationships some health institutions, religious, school and even social support groups. Objective: to understand the knowledge of pregnant women about congenital syphilis from the perspective of the health education process in a primary health care unit of the Unified Health System. Methods: descriptive study with a qualitative approach, carried out in a Basic Health Unit in Belém, Pará, which interviewed 14 pregnant women. Data were interpreted according to the content analysis technique: pre-analysis; exploration of the material; treatment of results and interpretation. Results: from the participants' statements, three categories emerged: pregnant women's knowledge about congenital syphilis, health education about congenital syphilis in prenatal care and care and prevention of congenital syphilis. Conclusion: public policies are needed to sensitize women and partners and train professionals who provide prenatal care.
Objective: This study aims to gather, characterize, evaluate and integrate studies that investigated the management of nursing care in the main clinical emergencies. Method: This is a review of national and international literature, which includes the analysis of research results that offer support to nurses in relation to conduct in the main clinical emergencies. Results: Among the most cited clinical emergencies in the articles, the management of nursing care in hypertensive crisis, hyperglycemic crisis, upper and lower gastrointestinal bleeding, acute pulmonary edema, burn patients and sepsis stand out. Final considerations: The study had limitations regarding the number of scientific articles specifically related to urgency and nursing care. Furthermore, it is concluded that nurses play a fundamental role in the prevention, diagnosis, treatment, evolution and stabilization of the clinical picture.
Objective: Characterize and evaluate the prevalence of SB in physicians residing in the specialty of Gynecology and Obstetrics at the University Hospital Materno Infantil, Federal University of Maranhão, in São Luís, linking the epidemiological characteristics in order to identify risk factors. Method: Epidemiological questionnaires were used to define the variables and the Maslach Burnout Inventory (MBI), the most used instrument to evaluate SB. Results: From this, it was observed that the prevalence of SB among the above-mentioned residents is 80.8%; individuals who have renumbered activity outside the home have a higher personal achievement than those who do not have it; 2nd and 3rd year has a higher personal achievement level than first year residents. Conclusion: No significant differences were found in any of the SB variables in relation to age, marital status, gender, whether or not to have a child, whether or not to have pain / discomfort in the last 6 months, in relation to CH of weekly work outside the residence and the time of medical performance before entering the PRM (Medical Residency Program).
