RESUMOObjetivo: analisar as evidências científicas acerca dos cuidados paliativos pediátricos.Método: estudo bibliométrico de publicações brasileiras realizado com 23 artigos disponíveis on-line, no período de 2012 a 2016 nas bases de dados LILACS, MEDLINE e BDENF, analisados pela estatística descritiva simples em figuras e posteriormente segundo a análise de conteúdo. Resultados: os artigos encontrados estão em revistas B1 e B2 majoritariamente, com publicações no ano de 2014. Os sujeitos mais estudados foram enfermeiros e equipe de enfermagem e os descritores mais indexados: cuidados paliativos, criança, enfermagem oncológica, enfermagem, saúde da criança e neoplasias. A totalidade referiu-se a oncologia e as evidências para o suporte humanístico: assistência ao cuidador, controle da dor oncológica, engendrar cuidados com vista em atividades lúdicas e manter comunicação eficaz com a equipe, criança e família. Conclusão: a análise mostrou uma literatura focada na oncologia e assistência ao cuidador, revelando ainda baixa publicação de outras condições crônicas na pediatria. Os temas que podem contribuir para o avanço da enfermagem em estudos posteriores são: ampliações de planos de cuidados para sintomas específicos; pesquisas sobre a administração e gestão; tipificações e o conteúdo da comunicação na internação; e complexidade da rede de atendimento hospitalar e domiciliar. Method: this is a bibliometric study of Brazilian publications with 23 articles available online, between 2012 and 2016 in the LILACS, MEDLINE and BDENF databases analyzed by simple descriptive statistics in figures and later according to content analysis. Results: the articles found are in journals B1 and B2, with publications in 2014. The most studied subjects were nurses and nursing staff and the most indexed descriptors were palliative care, child, oncological nursing, nursing, child health, and neoplasms. All of them referred to the oncology and evidence for humanistic support: caregiver care, oncological pain control, engendering care for recreational activities and maintaining effective communication with staff, children, and family. Conclusion: the analysis showed a literature focused on oncology and caregiver care, revealing still low publication of other chronic conditions in pediatrics. The themes that may contribute to the advancement of nursing in later studies are an expansion of care plans for specific symptoms; research on administration and management; typification and content of the communication during hospitalization; and complexity of the hospital and home care network. Este estudo foi elaborado com o intuito de elucidar o processo de gestão de materiais médico-hospitalares no Sistema Único de Saúde. O estudo justifica-se pela necessidade de enfatizar a importância deste conhecimento para os profissionais que desempenham atividades em instituições de saúde. Tem como objetivo conhecer o processo da gestão de materiais e sua logística voltada para instituição hospitalar pública. Trata-se de estudo do tipo revisão integrativa da literatura. As etapas metodológicas usadas foram: seleção das questões para revisão; estabelecimento de critérios de seleção da amostra; análise e interpretação dos dados e redação dos resultados. Observou-se que o processo de gestão de materiais influencia de forma significativa no trabalho dos profissionais que atuam diretamente ou indiretamente na assistência a saúde. A necessidade dos profissionais da saúde em envolver-se de forma interdisciplinar na gestão dos materiais é notória, assim acrescentando seu conhecimento em tal processo o que permite a qualidade e especificação correta para a obtenção dos materiais. Entende-se que o setor de compras no hospital é essencial, sua organização proporciona qualidade e presteza na assistência ao paciente. Dessa forma, profissionais necessitam dominar o processo desde a aquisição até a dispensação. Descritores: Administração Hospitalar. Logística. Saúde.
Photovoice é um método de pesquisa onde o participante registra por fotografia suas experiências, analisadas em ciclos de reflexão, avaliação e ação. Objetivou-se analisar publicações que relatem a utilização de photovoice por enfermeiros na educação para saúde. Procedeu-se a uma revisão integrativa da literatura nas bases de dados Medline® CINAHL®, LILACS®, SCOPUS, IBECS, BDENF, CAPES. Foram selecionados 27 estudos, publicados entre 2007 e 2018, identificando-se duas áreas temáticas: Transição saúde-doença e Criação de ambientes favoráveis à saúde. Estudos trouxeram subsídios norteadores de pesquisa em educação para a saúde usando photovoice, tanto para compreender e atuar em diferentes circunstâncias do processo saúde-doença quanto para criar estratégias educacionais favoráveis a ambientes saudáveis. Escassa produção dos enfermeiros brasileiros acerca de photovoice demonstra o desconhecimento das amplas possibilidades do método nas pesquisas de enfermagem, motivando-nos a enfatizar a necessidade de divulgá-la entre os pesquisadores da enfermagem, destacando seus úteis recursos investigativos.
Objetivo: avaliar famílias com membros em tratamento de tuberculose por meio do Modelo Calgary de Avaliação de Família (MCAF). Metodologia: estudo do tipo descritivo-exploratório no qual participaram duas unidades familiares possuindo um membro em tratamento de tuberculose, ambas cadastradas em uma Estratégia Saúde da Família em Belém, no Pará. Para a aplicação do Modelo, foi realizada a técnica de entrevista semiestruturada e uso de genograma e ecomapa. Resultados: após a avaliação de família realizada conforme Modelo Calgary de Avaliação de Família, resultaram duas famílias, sendo uma monoparental, liderada pela mulher, e a outra alargada; em ambas, o membro adoecido é o provedor de questões econômicas e as famílias, pesquisadas possuem relacionamentos e vínculos com algumas instituições de saúde, religiosas, escolares e até grupos de apoio social. Conclusões: o Modelo Calgary de Avaliação de Família mostrou ser eficaz como uma nova estratégia de avaliação, contribuindo para o planejamento de cuidados de famílias em qualquer nível de atenção à saúde.Descritores: Enfermagem de família, Atenção Primária à Saúde, Serviços de Assistência Domiciliar.CALGARY MODEL OF FAMILY EVALUATION: EVALUATION OF FAMILIES WITH INDIVIDUALS SICKENED WITH TUBERCULOSISObjective: Evaluating family members in treatment of Tuberculosis through the Calgary Model of Family Evaluation (CMFE). Methodology: Descriptive-exploratory type study, in which two family units having a member in treatment of tuberculosis participated, both registered in a Family Health Strategy, Belém, Pará. For the application of the Model, the technique of semi-structured interview was perfomed and utilization of genogram and eco-map. Results: After the evaluation of the family was performed according to Calgary Model of Family Evaluation resulted in two families, one being a mono-parental headed by the woman and the other expended, in both cases the sick member is the provider of economic matters and the families researched have ties and relationships some health institutions, religious, school and even social support groups. Para a aplicación do Modelo, fue usada la técnica de entrevista semiestructurada y utilización del genograma y eco-mapa. Resultados: Después de la evaluación de la familia realizado de acuerdo con Modelo Calgary de Evaluación de la Familia resultaron dos familias, una siendo mono parental liderada por la mujer y otra extendida, en los dos el miembro enfermo es el proveedor de los recursos económicos y las familias investigadas tienen relaciones y vínculos con algunas instituciones de salud, religiosas y escolares, hasta grupos de apoyo social. Conclusiones: El Modelo Calgary de Evaluación de la Familia se muestreó ser eficaz como una nueva estrategia de evaluación contribuyendo para el planificación de cuidados familiares en cualquier nivel de atención a la salud.Descriptores: Enfermería de la familia, Atención Primaria de Salud, Servicios de Atención de Salud a Domicilio.
Objetivo: Identificar as percepções de pais sobre as atividades do projeto de extensão realizada pelo profissional de saúde no âmbito escolar. Metodologia: Trata-se de um estudo do tipo descritivo com abordagem qualitativa realizado com 15 pais e/ou responsáveis em uma escola municipal em Belém, Pará, Brasil. Esta pesquisa foi oriunda do projeto de extensão “A ludicidade como ferramenta para promoção da saúde de crianças e adolescentes no espaço escolar” que ocorreu de janeiro de 2014 até fevereiro de 2017 com apoio da Pró-Reitoria de Extensão/UFPA. Resultados: As categorias encontradas foram: a necessidade e a importância de projeto de extensão na comunidade; elencando os temas para atividades de educação em saúde; reconhecendo a vulnerabilidade social em que vivem. Conclusões: Foi possível afirmar que o projeto de extensão universitário em saúde dentro do ambiente escolar é uma prática eficaz para ensinar e divulgar boas práticas para promoção da saúde.Descritores: Enfermagem familiar; Saúde Escolar; Enfermagem.THE PERCEPTION OF PARENTS ON THE PRO JECT OF UNIVERSITY EXTENSION IN AMAZON SCHOOLObjective: Identify the perceptions of parents about the activities of the extension project realized by the health professional in the school context. Methodology: This is a descriptive study with a qualitative approach realized with 15 parents and / or tutors in a municipal school in Belém, Pará, Brazil. This research originated from the extension project “Ludicity as a tool for the health promotion children and adolescents in school space”, which occured from January 2014 until February 2017 with the support of the Pro-Rectory of Extension/ UFPA. Results: The categories found were: the need and importance of extension project in the community; listing the themes for health education activities; recognizing the social vulnerability in which they live. Esta investigación se deriva del proyecto de extensión “El lúdico como herramienta para la promoción para la salud de los niños y adolescentes en espacio escolar”, que ocurrió entre enero de 2014 hasta febrero de 2017 con el apoyo de Pro-Rectoría de Extensión / UFPA. Resultados: Las categorías fueron: reforzando la necesidad y la importancia del proyecto de extensión en la comunidad; listando los temas para actividades de educación para la salud; el reconocimiento de la vulnerabilidad social en el que viven. Conclusiones: Fue posible afirmar que el proyecto de extensión universitaria en salud dentro del espacio escolar es una práctica efectiva para enseñar y difundir las buenas prácticas para la promoción de la salud.Descriptores: Enfermería de la familia; Salud Escolar; Enfermería.
