Wprowadzenie. Zdrowie należy pojmować jako jedną z największych wartości w życiu każdego człowieka. Jednocześnie w procesie kształcenia młodzieży temu tematowi poświęca się relatywnie niewiele uwagi. Cel pracy.
Materiał i metody:Podczas badań zastosowano kwestionariusz ankiety. Wypełniło ją 30 osób czynnie poddanych muzykoterapii w wieku 18-70 lat i 30 osób nieuczestniczących w sesji muzykoterapeutycznej również w wieku 18-70 lat. Ankieta zawierała 22 pytania, w skład których wchodziły: metryczka, pytania dotyczące muzyki i preferencji muzycznych, form aktywności muzycznych, roli, jaką pełni muzyka w życiu, sposobów relaksacji, wpływu muzyki na odczucia bólowe, emocji towarzyszących podczas zabiegów fizjoterapii, oczekiwań względem zabiegów, opinii na temat użyteczności muzyki w relaksacji podczas zabiegów. Wykorzystano również kwestionariusz Skali Akceptacji Choroby (Approval Illness Scale -AIS) (Felton i wsp.) w adaptacji Juczyńskiego. Skala służy do badania osób chorych. Stosowana jest do pomiaru stopnia akceptacji choroby. Badania zostały zrealizowane w Prywatnej Klinice Rehabilitacyjnej w Krojantach. Badania rozpoczęto po uzyskaniu zgody Komisji Bioetycznej Uniwersytetu Mikołaja Kopernika przy Collegium Medicum im. Ludwika Rydygiera w Bydgoszczy. Wnioski: Większość pacjentów biorących udział zarówno w zabiegach fizjoterapeutycznych, jak i w sesjach terapii muzyką wykazywała wysokie wartości akceptacji własnego stanu zdrowia (ocenianego za pomocą kwestionariusza AIS).Słowa kluczowe: muzykoterapia, relaks, masaż lecznicy, rehabilitacja AbstractThe aim of the study: The aim of the study was to demonstrate the effects of music included in the music therapy programme on complete relaxation of patients during physiotherapy procedures. Material and methods:The study was based on a survey questionnaire. The questionnaire was completed by 30 people aged 18-70 who were actively subject to music therapy, and 30 people who did not listen to any music -i.e. a control group, aged 18-70; a total of 60 respondents. The questionnaire included 22 questions, which were the following: personal information, questions about music and music preferences, forms of musical activity, the role it plays in one's life, ways of relaxation, the effects of music on pain sensation, emotions experienced during physiotherapy, expectations about the treatment sessions, opinions on the usefulness of music in relaxation during procedures. Another tool used was the Acceptance of Illness Scale questionnaire (AIS) designed by B.J. Felton, T.A Revenson, G.A. Hinrichsen, as adapted by Siegfried Juczyński. The scale is used to examine the sick. It is used to measure the level of acceptance of a disease. The tests were carried out at the Private Rehabilitation Clinic in Krojanty. The study commenced after obtaining the consent of the Bioethics Committee at the Nicolaus Copernicus University at Ludwik Rydygier Collegium Medicum in Bydgoszcz. Conclusions:The majority of patients who participated in both the physiotherapy sessions, as well as music therapy sessions demonstrated a high lev...
The Pusher syndrome is described as frequent, but not very well recognized disorder of body posture characterized by a deflection in the opposite direction to the damaged hemisphere, and the active resistance of the patient's external action to restore its true vertical position. The Pusher syndrome occurs more frequently in patients with a history of cerebral vascular event, and was first described by Patricia M. Davies (senior IBITA instructor) in 1985. Bobath Concept Therapy should include not only special exercises, but also the use visual objects as points of reference. The primary objective of rehabilitation is the development of proper mechanism of the righting reflex. The essence of this action is to remove the obstacles blocking the implementation of normal postural and motor patterns, and the provision of correct sensorimotor experiences. This is a long-term process requiring patience and individual therapy tailored to individual patients, depending on motor and cognitive deficits.
