The conception of waqf insan as a reference for i-HDI can improve human development which is the welfare of Muslim society, including this we called the Islamic Man. Human Resources is the capital in national development. The method used in this study is a qualitative study which involving literature study and the main object of this study is to examine the application of Maqashid sharia as a reference to i-HDI in the concept of waqf insan referring to the basic principle of Islamic economic aim, namely Falah. With that, there is an effort to realize i-HDI (Islamic Human Development index) as a reference for measurement in achieving the level of human well-being by fulfilling basic needs so that people get happiness in the world and the hereafter. The reference measurement that proposed as Maqashid Sharia Index (MSI) which has been listed in Maqashid sharia which is maintained religion, soul, mind, descent (honour), and wealth. The five bases that can be referred to as absolute needs that must be fulfilled so that humans could reach Mashlahah.

This paper seeks the relations between the religiosity and the transparency to the production factors usage in the land crops cultivation as well as the effect of production factor to the sharecropping contract in East Java. The method employs in this study is Structural Equation Modelling (SEM) with the respondent of the research is 400 farmers from the 8 counties in East Java. The result shows that religiosity and transparency have positives and significant effect to the production factors usage in the cultivation of the land crops in East Java with the p-value respectively 0.008 for religiosity to production factors and 0.001 for transparency to production factors. Meanwhile, the influence of production factors to the sharecropping contract is positive and significant with p-value about 0.001. Furthermore, the R-square of production factors is about 0.907 which mean 90.7% of production factors variable is explained by religiosity and transparency variables while the rest of it is explained by other variables out of this research. Meanwhile, the sharecropping contracts R-square is about 0.629 which means 62.9% of sharecropping contracts variable is explained by production factors variable while the rest of it about 37.1% is explained by other variables out of this research.

With the advance of technology and the civilization, the more advanced needs of consumers as well. Consumers are increasingly critical. Especially women in relation to beauty products. Thus research is needed to find out more about the factors that influence purchase decisions. This study aimed to analyze the factors that influence purchasing decisions Wardah beauty products at the student campus Unida Mantingan 2014-2015, as well as find out what factors most influence on purchase decisions Wardah products. This research is quantitative descriptive. To achieve the desired aim, the authors tried to collect primary data by distributing questionnaires to 80 respondents using simple random sampling. Once collected, the data will be analyzed using content analysis method, the classical assumption test, multiple linear regression, R-square, Ftest and t-test. Results from the analysis conducted on the validity and reliability, there is one question that is not valid, namely the consumer attitude variables with production indicators Wardah products. Results of the analysis showed the influence of independent variables on the dependent variable is less influential, it can be concluded that the influence of motivation, perceptions and attitudes of consumers on product purchasing decisions Wardah by 28%, while the remaining 72% is determined by other variables outside the study.

Nowadays, have came varieties of online application that can be used to make an online payment, one of it is Paytren. The application launched by Treni is applying MLM system in it's business. Nowadays, has come a lot of MLM companies that deviated from the business ethics. While in Islam, the application of Islamic business ethics is mandatory. This research aims to know the business system based on MLM and how the perspective of Islamic business ethics with the business that run by Treni. This research is a fi eld research with qualitative methods. Research data obtained from primary and secondary data. While primary data collected from interviews, observation and documentation. And secondary data collected from books, journals and other source that has same relation with the research. The conclusion are, the company is some company which sell a license for using an aplication with the aim for payying the daily needs and the montly bills, this aplication can be used in every kind of smartphone, especially in android and iOS. Telah hadir berbagai aplikasi online yang bisa digunakan untuk melakukan pembayaran online, salah-satunya adalah Paytren. Aplikasi yang diluncurkan oleh perusahaan Treni ini menerapkan sistem MLM dalam bisnisnya. Saat ini, telah banyak perusahaan MLM gadungan yang melenceng dari etika bisnis. Sedangkan dalam Islam, penerapan etika bisnis Islami adalah wajib. Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk mengetahui sistem bisnis berbasis MLM dan bagaimana perspektif etika bisnis Islam terhadap sistem bisnis berbasis MLM yang dijalankan oleh perusahaan PT. Veritra Sentosa Internasional. Penelitian ini merupakan penelitian lapangan atau penelitian kasus dengan metode kualitatif. Dengan sumber data dibagi menjadi dua, data primer dan data sekunder. Data primer didapat dari wawancara, observasi dan dokumentasi. Sedangkan data sekunder didapar dari buku, jurnal dan sumber lainnya yang tekait dengan penelitian. Penelitian ini bisa memberikan kesimpulan bahwa perusahaan Treni merupakan perusahaan yang menjual lisensi penggunaan aplikasi dengan tujuan untuk memenuhi kebutuhan masyarakat, mulai dari pembelian kebutuhan sehari-hari hingga pembayaran-pembayaran kewajiban bulanan. Aplikasi Paytren bisa digunakan di segala jenis smartphone dan andriod, khususnya Android dan iOS. Mitra mendapatkan komisi dari penjualan lisensi kepada mitra yang disponsori dari transaksi yang dilakukan oleh mitra tersebut dan oleh mitra dibawah sponsor mitra pertama. Sedangkan untuk penerapan etika bisnis Islam, Paytren telah menerapkan etika bisnis Islam dalam bisnisnya. Hal ini diketahui dengan telah diterapkannya nilai dasar etika bisnis Islam, yaitu Tauhid, Khilafah, Ibadah, Tazkiyah dan Ihsan.

The majority of Indonesia's Muslim population cannot increase capitalization in the sharia capital market.
