Tujuan penelitian ini untuk mengetahui bagaimana motivasi belajar siswa dalam meningkatkan kemampuan dalam pembelajaran bola voli passing bawah. Peneliti memilih topik ini karena terdapat siswa saat pembelajaran bola voli passing bawah kurang serius menjadikan nilai yang didapat siswa menjadi tidak maksimal. Dalam penelitian ini peneliti menggunakan pendekatan kualitatif. Data diambil melalui metode wawancara. Penelitian memilih partisipan yang diambil dari siswa SMP kelas VIII SMP Pondoksalam dan peneliti medapatkan 5 orang siswa. Peneliti memilih objek tersebut karena terdapat banyak siswa yang masih belum focus belajar bola voli passing bawah di sekolah. Teknik sample yang digunakan yaitu Provosive Sampling yang dalam teknik pengambilan sample sumber datanya diambil dengan pertimbangan tertentu. Pada teknik ini pertimbangan yang digunakan adalah orang yang dianggap paling tahu tentang apa yang kita harapkan atau sebagai penguasa sehingga akan memudahkan peneliti menjelajahi objek atau situasi. Istrumen ini yang digunakan dalam penelitian ini dibagi menjadi 3 yaitu: pedoman observasi, pedoman wawancara, dan studi dokumentasi. Adapula tahapan yang dilakukan saat penelitian yaitu: tahapan orientasi, tahapan eksplorasi, dan tahapan member check. Analisis data menggunakan data reduksi, data display, dan conclusion/verification. Hasil penelitian ini menunjukan bahwa motivasi mempengaruhi hasil belajar. Motivasi instrik dan eksintrik mempunyai peranan penting dalam meningkatkan pembelajaran. Dorongan dan kebutuhan belajar, harapan, cita dan hasrat belajar membuat siswa memiliki keinginan belajar yang timbul dari dalam diri. Sedangkan penghargaan dalam belajar, pembelajaran yang menarik dan lingkungan yang kondusif memberikan rangsangan dari luar untuk siswa untuk mengikuti pembelajaran.
Student learning outcomes are tangible skills that can be measured in the form of knowledge, skills and attitudes as active interactions between subjects and learning objects during the learning process to achieve learning outcomes. One important factor is how much effectiveness the implementation of classroom-based assessment and teacher competence in improving student learning outcomes. This research was conducted with a quantitative approach and survey methods using questionnaires and interviews. The population is 135 people, a sample of 60 people in the Bandung Regency Cluster 8 Middle School teachers fill out a questionnaire. There is a significant influence of variable (X1) on variable (Y) of r = 0.784, and r2 = 0.614. Shows that the variable (X1) determinant factors to the variable (Y) gives a positive influence so that changes in the variable (Y), influenced by other factors. There is a significant influence of variable (X2) on variable (Y) r = 0.493, and r2 = 0.243. This shows that the variable (X2) determinant factors to the variable (Y) gives a positive effect so that changes in the variable (Y) are influenced by other factors. There is a significant influence between variable (X1) and variable (X2) with variable (Y) r = 0.787, and r2 = 0.620, regression equation: Y = 41.164 + 0.427 X2. Containing a significant understanding is to be expected, if an increase in variable (X1) and variable (X2) is one point, there will be a change in variable (Y) of 0.427 points. To achieve quality schools, the improvement in student learning outcomes is positively influenced by two determinant factors together, the effectiveness of classroom-based assessments and teacher competency where the improvement in student learning outcomes is subjected to the creation of quality schools. Based on the conclusions and it is recommended that the effectiveness of classroom-based assessments and teacher competencies should be further improved in the ability (ability) to manage the class, so that student learning outcomes will increase and quality in accordance with the objectives of national education. This qualitative research aims to obtain an overview of the implementation of online learning in the Covid-19 Pandemic. In general, the implementation of online learning during the Covid-19 pandemic positively impacts the continuity of education in Indonesia. This research method is obtained from online observations and Scoping reviews. Literature is obtained from various databases such as Google Scholar, Scopus, Web of Science, Crossref Search. Furthermore, the literature was mapped in several parts so that 40 appropriate literature was obtained and could be used regarding teaching and learning activities in schools and the higher education environment. The study results show that online learning is currently considered adequate to replace conventional learning, but several factors related to the implementation of learning must be considered.
This training is that the management process for process standards has not been optimally implemented properly, and the standard management of educators and educational staff has not been maximized including many teachers still not mastering the use of Information Technology (IT) as a means of supporting learning. The purpose of this training is to improve the competence of teachers in the learning process using the blended learning method so that the quality of learning becomes quality. This training was held in Karawang. This training refers to the standard of education management which has become the stipulation of the National Education Standards Agency (BSNP) so that it reflects superior and competitive management standards. Implementation of the training through the management program for the utilization of educators and education personnel, namely through workshops, in-house training, trainings, implementation of a clear reward and punishment system for teachers, education personnel and students. Supervision and evaluation of education quality management in the learning process through the blended learning method in Karawang is related to inputs such as infrastructure, students, teaching staff, financing and others that are not in accordance with the standards expected to achieve quality education. The result of this training is how a teacher is able to carry out the learning process using the blended learning method, which is a combination of online and offline learning so as to be able to achieve quality education outcomes
Mastery of the basic free throw shooting techniques for students of SMP Negeri 1 Purwasari is still low, so this study aims to examine the influence of audio-visual media on the accuracy of shooting free throws in basketball learning at SMP Negeri 1 Purwasari. The population in this study was 169 students at SMP Negeri 1 Purwasari and the sample for this study was 44 students. Data acquisition in this study refers to the design used, namely the pretest and posttest designs. Data analysis in this study is the normality test, homogeneity test, and hypothesis testing using the IBM SPSS 25 application. The results showed that there was a significant effect of audio-visual media on the accuracy of free shooting. throw on basketball lessons at SMP Negeri 1 Purwasari. The results showed that the effect of audio-visual media on the accuracy of shooting free throws in basketball learning was seen from the pretest results with a mean value of 3.75, a standard deviation value of 1.110 and posttest results with a mean value of 4.295 with a standard deviation value of 1.11. As well as testing the hypothesis with a significant level (0.05) and obtained sig. From testing the hypothesis using the t test where 0.0000 <0.05. It can be concluded that there is an increase in the accuracy of the free throw shooting technique in basketball learning at SMP Negeri 1 Purwasari, then it can be seen from the percentage change in the posttest average score of 3.75 > 4.85 pretest average value
