Berbagai studi internasional menunjukkan bahwa kemampuan membaca pemahaman siswa di Indonesia bergategori rendah. Kemampuan membaca pemahaman di sekolah dasar terutama di kelas lanjut sering diabaikan sehingga hasilnya rendah. Oleh karena itu penelitian ini bertujuan untuk menelaah penerapan metode SQ3R untuk meningkatkan kemampuan membaca pemahaman siswa Kelas IV SD Negeri 46 Parepare. Pendekatan yang dilakukan adalah pendekatan kualitatif. Jenis Penelitian yang digunakan adalah penelitian tindakan kelas (PTK). Subyek penelitianyaitu siswa dan guru kelas IV SD Negeri 46 Parepare. Penelitian ini dilaksanakan sebanyak 3 siklus. Data diperoleh dengan tehnik observasi dan tes. Hasil penelitian menunjukkan bahwa kualifikasi proses pembelajaran membaca pemahaman dengan metode SQ3R di siklus I, II dan III semakin baik. Seiring dengan itu, kemampuan membaca pemahaman siswa juga semakin meningkat di siklus I, II dan III. Kesimpulan penelitian ini adalah penerapan metode Survey, Question, Read, Recite, Review (SQ3R) mampu meningkatkan kemampuan membaca pemahaman siswa kelas IV SD Negeri 46 Parepare.

Therefore, islamic religious education should be managed professionally, based saintek and quality. Islamic educational system urgently reformulated in accordance with the dynamics of the times, the needs of the market, and based on local wisdom, thus bringing forth a superficial scientists clerics and scholars scientist. Methodology used in this research is qualitative research, this research works in Parepare city, with sample of excellent school and Pesantren Al- Badar. The result of study is the integration of the educational system, good educational system and system seed boarding school education, relevant done as an attempt to find the ideal model of islamic education and real in the era of globalization.
Due to the prospective local and international markets, the neon tetra fish breeding industry has its own charm for fish lovers and as a side business. The purpose of this study is to analyze the opportunities and difficulties associated with the cultivation of neon tetra fish in order to build a policy of “Blue Economy”. The research method uses qualitative techniques, focusing on an evaluation of literature reviews and data collection techniques sourced from descriptive materials. The key elements selected were: (1) the Department of Food and Fisheries Security (DKP3), as the Board of Trustees (2) Researchers from BRIN (National Innovation Research Agency), (3) Government (Sub-districts and Kelurahan), (4) POKDAKAN (Fish Cultivation Group) and (5) LPM (Community Empowerment Institution) and Chairman of RW/RT. The conclusion of the study states that the relevant Dinas should support local policies based on nature identification that are strengthened at the national level, namely that routine human resource training needs to be improved, technology needs to be taken into account in collaboration with the private sector, and that post-harvest and market access are very important for POKDAKAN. The findings of the SWOT analysis, which is in quadrant 1, indicate that POKDAKAN is in a position for a somewhat aggressive expansion.
Marine Protected Areas (MPAs) have become recognized as important management tools for marine and coastal ecosystems in the last few decades. However, the theoretical underpinnings of MPA regimes have arguably not yet received sufficient attention. This paper attempts to remedy this by exploring how the Cultural Theory initiated by Dame Mary Douglas can provide a theoretical foundation for the current debates about the design of MPA regimes. It does so by firstly noting that the various types of MPA governance discussed in the literature correspond to the ways of organizing, perceiving and justifying social relations recognized in Cultural Theory. The article continues by setting out how Cultural Theory helps to explain when and why MPA regimes succeed or fail to reach their goals. In particular, the article highlights the practical importance of accommodating all ways of organizing and perceiving social relations in any MPA management plan. Finally, the paper suggests that further systematic, empirical work for assessing MPAs needs to be undertaken so as to corroborate the arguments advanced in this paper.
