This study is a development research, which uses ADDIE development model. The study was conducted in the even semester of the academic year 2019/2020. The authentic assessment instruments developed consist of cognitive and psychomotor assessment instruments for measuring the students’ science literacy skills in 10th grade on Environmental Change material. Indicators of scientific literacy refer to indicators developed by Gormally (2012). Measurement aspect were the validity by the expert appraisal and empirical validity test, difficulty level and practicability of instrument. The results of study showed the authentic assessment instruments that had been developed were proper to use with validity value 4.43. Empirical validity data for multiple choice were analysed using point biserial correlation. Result showed 76% in valid category with reliability value 0,82. For essay and psychomotor assessment showed 100% in valid category. The reliability value for essay is in the reliable category with value 0,62. Psychomotor assessment with reliability value 0,89. Difficulty index of assessment instrument in cognitive domain for multiple choice were 24 % in difficult level, 44 % in moderate level and 32 % in easy level, meanwhile for essay 40 % difficulty index in moderate level and 60 % in easy level. Result of data analysis for and practicality of authentic assessment instruments based on scientific literacy were in practically category.
Abstract. The purpose of this research is to overcome the problems faced by prisoners in Class 1 Makassar Detention Center so that the inmates will not tend to do anarchic actions and devote themselves when in the middle of society. The target of this research to be achieved is the inmates can change their mindset in a positive direction so that they are no longer subject but will be a motivator to others so that their behavior is always oriented to worship. The method used in this research is model developed by Borg and Gall in 1993 which modified by research team into 6 stages, namely needs and planning analysis, model development, product validation / expert test, product trial, product revision, final product. The results show that religious-based modeling should be developed in Makassar Class 1 Detention House by looking for other formats that have not been developed yet. Among them is the development of the Qur'an memorizing agency. This institution is very urgent to be applied so that inmates in their community can become the memorizers of the Qur'an and Imam for the community. This institution turns out to be very in demand Prisoners because they can form their mental oriented emotional intelligence. Among the dynamically changing behavior of the institution's establishment is the attitude of response to fellow Prisoners so that among others they want to always make improvements give each other message of kinesssand not affected the criminal behavior offered by other inmates. Another formation that needs to be developed in Class 1 Makassar Detention Center is the establishment of an institution of remembrance. The institution aims to form the character of a Prisoner oriented to spiritual intelligence. They doa and lot of zikir in order to get closer to Allah SWT which has been less implemented in his life. The significant impact of the change from the institution's establishment that the Prisoners are constructed with gentle behavior so that they can adapt their fellow Prisoners and can easily convey the divine messages exchanging massage to the truth.
The crime rate in Indonesian big cities in general and particularly in Makassar increased every year (TVRI, Berita Malam, 2017). The increasing crime rate was triggered by the increasing rate of drugs distribution, trafficking, and users in Indonesia which endangered the safety and quality of Indonesian human resource (IDI, 2017), including those of students with special needs. One of the effective approaches to prevent and resolve the deviance caused by both drugs factor and other factors was religious approach. Therefore, it was highly urgent to develop a Da'wah Based Islamic Guidance and Counseling Textbook. The approach and the type of study of this research were development and quantitative-qualitative descriptive. The data collection techniques used were interview and behavior observation guideline. The aims of the research were: (1) to produce a da'wah-based Islamic guidance and counseling textbook (PBKID) in preventing and overcoming the deviance of students with special needs in Makassar. PBKID which had been developed went through 7 stages including the initial stage of PBKID development procedure, the trial stage of PBKID equipment, and PBKID experimentation. The result of PBKID experimentation showed that the application of PBKID could prevent and overcome the deviance of students with special needs in SLB Negeri 1 Makassar would be the sample school.
The purpose of this research is to analyze social inequality and education levels in regencies and cities in South Sulawesi so that the development process can be improved and there is an equitable distribution of development. This type of research is survey research with quantitative data. The factors analyzed and influencing social inequality in this study are population growth, population density, level of education, and the number of workers. The findings show that the average socio-economic inequality in the high category includes Selayar regency, Bulukumba regency, Bantaeng regency, Takallar regency, Pangkep regency, Soppeng regency, Wajo regency, Sidrap regency, Bone regency, Barru regency, Enrekang regency, Tana Toraja regency, North Luwu regency, Luwu regency, East Luwu regency and Makassar city. Meanwhile, the average socio-economic inequality in the moderate category includes Jeneponto regency, Gowa regency, Maros regency, Sinjai regency, Pinrang regency, North Toraja regency, Pare-pare city, and Palopo city. The suggestions to be conveyed are to expand the study by adding several related variables and developing a Green Open Space (RTH) variable to see the environmental quality of each Regency and City in responding to climate change issues.
