Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk mengetahui profil pelajar pancasila sebagai upaya mewujudkan karakter bangsa. Metode yang digunakan dalam kajian ini menggunakan metode atau pendekatan kepustakaan (library research), bahwa studi pustaka atau kepustakaan dapat diartikan sebagai serangkaian kegiatan yang berkenaan dengan metode pengumpulan data pustaka, membaca dan mencatat serta mengolah bahan penelitian. Hasil penelitian ini menunjukkan bahwa Profil pelajar Pancasila menjadi salah satu kebijakan yang mendukung terwujudnya tujuan pendidikan nasional dan kelanjutan dari program penguatan karakter. Profil pelajar Pancasila adalah karakter dan kompetensi yang harus dimiliki oleh pelajar Indonesia baik di saat sedang dalam pembelajaran maupun saat terjun di masyarakat. Melalui penerapan 6 dimensi profil pelajar Pancasila yaitu beriman dan bertaqwa kepada Tuhan YME, berkebinekaan global, mandiri, gotong royong, bernalar kritis, dan kreatif maka diharapkan bangsa Indonesia menjadi individu yang cerdas dan berkarakter serta mampu menghadapi tantangan abad 21 dan tentu saja menanamkan nilai-nilai yang terkandung dalam Pancasila sebagai falsafah negara kita secara konsisten dan akhirnya dapat mewujudkan kehidupan bangsa yang sejahtera dan bermartabat sebagai salah satu amanat undang-undang dasar tahun 1945. Strategi pengembangan profil pelajar Pancasila dilakukan melalui integrasi dalam kegiatan pendidikan formal melalui intrakurikuler, kokurikuler dan ekstrakurikuler yang dikemas dalam kegiatan proyek penguatan profil pelajar Pancasila. Melalui implementasi kebijakan profil pelajar Pancasila ini diharapkan mampu membangun karakter bangsa Indonesia yang unggul dan mampu bersaing secara global.
This study was aimed to determine the role of government in city in cultivating character values based on Sundanese culture local wisdom to develop students" life skill; describe the process, and impact of character values education; investigate both supporting and inhibiting factors of character values education. This study which applied case study was conducted at public and private madrasah aliyah in Bandung. The finding shows that the city government plays important role in developing the Sundanese culture-based character values by issuing a policy in the form of Regulation No. 9 of 2012 concerning the use and preservation of language, literature, and Sundanese script. Madrasah aliyah used learning and mentoring to implement character education program. This paper is motivated by the moral decadence that occurs in West Java as a Sundanese society. This paper intends to re-explore ethical values that should be the basis of Sundanese people's lives in West Java. This research uses qualitative. Data taken from the author's observational that are felt and experienced in everyday life. Research shows that education takes an important role in efforts to foster a moral attitude of society. Education in question is character education based on Sundanese cultural values. So hopefully the community can become an identity that always holds the wisdom of a good Sundanese culture. Some ethical values of Sundanese culture that can be found are welfare, health, care for the environment, moderate, hard work, discipline, politeness, honesty, upholding the truth, mutual cooperation, social solidarity, positive thinking, mature calculation, education, gender management, preservation and preservation Sundanese culture. The values of Sundanese culture can be classified into 2 (two), namely prosperity/welfare and peace/goodness that are all reflected in outlook on life, oral traditions, language, and pro-social behavior. These values are very relevant to the essential value of the Koran. Based on the values inherent in the Sundanese community, it should be able to create a climate that brings the community to Islamic values. Thus, we will go to the society that Islam aspires for, namely a society where every aspect of life breathes religious values.
Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk mengungkapkan hasil pembinaan karakter peduli sesama melalui kegiatan ekstrakurikuler relawan. Metode yang digunakan adalah deskriptif analitis dengan pendekatan kualitatif. Teknik pengumpulan data adalah observasi, wawancara dan studi dokumentasi. Temuan penelitian ini: Proses penguatan karakter peduli sesama melalui kegiatan ekstrakurikuler relawan dilakukan dengan kegiatan pelatihan rutin setiap minggu, kegiatan terjadwal bulanan berupa pembersihan sungai, masjid, dan lingkungan sekitar, serta kegiatan insidental memberikan bantuan ke daerah-daerah terdampak bencana alam dan kemanusiaan. Hasilnya siswa menunjukkan sikap peduli yang semakin kuat, baik secara individual maupun secara organisasional. Faktor pendukung dalam penguatan karakter peduli sesama adalah visi misi dan tujuan madrasah, keteladanan guru dan staf, kegiatan-kegiatan yang dilaksanakan di sekolah, serta pelibatan dalam kegiatan di masyarakat. Sedangkan faktor penghambatnya adalah kurangnya dana untuk melaksanakan kegiatan, dan faktor izin orangtua dalam kegiatan-kegiatan di area bencana.
Character education is important to be developed continuously. Schools as formal educational institutions are the printers to create an ideal nation. The teacher has a very strategic position in building the character of students. In order for the management of character education in schools to be optimal, effective, and efficient, effective and efficient management activities are needed as well. The results of this study are that the character education management model in schools during the pandemic can be implemented by: First, collaboration between schools and parents of students must be continuously established, increased in intensity and quality. Both the use of information and communication technology (ICT) are both used for learning based on character, and can be used as well as possible to develop the students' skills. The third Problem Based Learning (PBL) builds a sense of responsibility and makes students not easily bored in online learning because it builds motivation in overcoming existing problems.Keywords: Pandemic, character education, management. Agar pengelolaan pendidikan karakter di sekolah dapat optimal, efektif, dan efisien, maka diperlukan kegiatan manajemen yang efektif dan efisien pula. Pendidikan karakter sangat penting bagi peserta didik. Oleh karena itu meskipun sekarang ini dalam masa pandemi Covid-19 pendidikan karakter tetap harus tersampaikan ke peserta didik. Tujuan penelitian ini yaitu untuk menganalisis model pengelolaan pendidikan karakter di sekolah pada masa pandemi. Penelitian ini menggunakan metode analisis deskriptif dengan pendekatan kualitatif dan sumber data kepustakaan. Hasil penelitian ini adalah bahwa model pengelolaan pendidikan karakter di sekolah pada masa pandemi dapat dilaksanakan dengan cara: Pertama kolaborasi antara sekolah dengan orang tua siswa harus terus-menerus dijalin, dipererat, dan ditingkatkan intensitas dan kualitasnya. Kedua pemanfaatan teknologi informasi dan komunikasi (TIK) ѕеbаgаі ѕаrаnа untuk pembelajaran nіlі-nіlаі dаѕаr реndіdіkаn karakter, dаn dараt dіmаnfааtkаn sebaik-baiknya untuk mengembangkan krеаtіvіtаѕ peserta didik. Ketiga Problem Based Learning (PBL) membangun rasa tanggung jawabdan menjadikan siswa tidak mudah jenuh dalam belajar online karena terbangun motivasi dalam memperoleh pemecahan masalah yang dihadapi. A leadership of Kiai plays an essential act in the Institution structure of Pesantren. The important enrolled of Kiai is a good man on life purpose, a change agent, a negotiator with advice, and a coach calm. The reformer Kiai does on leadership with transformation idea on based charisma attitude and intellectual ideology. The research method is qualitative research with phenomenology approach. The research subjects consist of Kiai, boarding school administrators, students, people residents around pesantren. The respondents are as many as 60 people. The Research locations are at as sa'idah, Al Matuq, and Sunanul Huda Pesantren. With the point, the paper will need to explain into the leadership of Kiai Pesantren especially in order to support the quality management of Pesantren on educational proses. Metode penelitian adalah kualitatif dengan pendekatan fenomenologi. Subyek penelitian adalah para kiai, pengurus Pondok Pesantren, Santri, dan penduduk sekitar pesantren. Penelitian akan mewawancarai 60 Responden. Lokasi penelitian adalah Pondok pesantren As sa'idah, Al Matuq dan Sunanul Huda. Dengan penjelasan tersebut, paper akan menjelaskan tentang kepemimpinan kiai di pesantren dalam manajemen mutu pesantren dalam proses pola pendidikan Islam. This research was motivated by the spread of radicalism ideology that’s carried out by leaders of some boarding schools (Islamic school of Qur’anic studies), the degradation of society moral, and the immoral behavior in education institutions. This research aims to investigate the core ethical values of character education based on Islamic values in Islamic boarding schools to facilitate the embedding of those values in Indonesian society so that the radicalism ideology, moral degradation, and immoral behavior can be eliminated. This research uses a qualitative approach and method. The type of research is library research; data were obtained from books, journals, and other relevant references. Then the data were analyzed by using content analysis techniques. The result of this research shows that the core ethical values of character education based on Islamic values in Islamic boarding schools are divided into four core teachings of Islamic studies, namely al-fiqh (fiqh), al-tauhid (monotheism), al-tasawuf (Sufism), and al-akhlaq (moral). Values consist in those four core teachings are cleanliness, health, neatness, faith, piety, belief toward blessing (baraka), moderate, benignity, simplicity, self-attitude of accepting and feeling sufficient for the results of his efforts (qonaah), sincerity, humility, religious culture, respect for older people, and hard work.
