Zur Bestimmung der Amino-Endgruppen verschiedener Hämoglobine und des Tabakmosaikvirus mit Phenylisothiocyanat

Abstract: Die Methoden zur Trennung und Identifizierung der Thiohydantoine wurden verbessert. Zum Nachweis des Thiohydantoins des Glykokolls wurde eine spezifische Farbreaktion gefunden. Versuche an verschiedenen synthetischen Peptiden bestätigten die früheren Befunde, daß Phenylisothiocyanat auch mit nicht-endständigen Glykokollresten reagieren kann.
