Yield component analysis and diversity in Jerusalem artichoke (Helianthus tuberosus L.)

Abstract: The objective of this study was to analyze the variability and mutual dependence of the tuber weight per plant, tuber number per plant, average tuber weight and total sugars content in the tubers of 20 Jerusalem artichoke genotypes included in a varietal trial conducted in the period 1994-2008.
