The main goal of this essay is to reconsider the term „linguistic poetry” and analyze selected
examples of its translation. Among them there are translations of poetic texts by Paul Celan and
Vielimir Khlebnikow. The phenomenon of linguistic poetry and the problem of its translation are
presented not only in connection with linguistic experimentation, but also as an important aspect
of the search for an individual voice.
