WEB SCRAPING AND DATA SCIENCE IN APPLIED RESEARCH IN COMMUNICATION: a study on online reviews

Abstract: With the spread of access and use of information through the web and social networks, information retrieval in large volumes of data has become unfeasible by manual methods.
