This study examines the relationship between profitability projected by ROE and liquidity by CR to predict its effect on projected dividend policy with dividend payout ratio (DPR) in food and beverage sector manufacturing companies listed on the stock exchange market. Design and method of analysis, estimation of pandel data regression models with CEM, FEM and REM approaches using the EViews v.12 program. Approach model selection with Chow test, Hausman test, and LM test. The classical assumption test refers to the results of the best panel data regression model selected. The feasibility evaluation of the model was carried out by regression analysis of panel data, and analysis of the coefficient of determination, as well as the t test and F test, at a = 0.05. The results of the study, FEM as a regression model of selected panel data. Evaluation of the feasibility of the model, ROE and CR can predict changes in DPR behavior, although there is an inverse relationship of CR with DPR. The joint contribution of ROE and CR has a high ability to predict and influence the DPR. ROE has a significant negative effect on the DPR. CR has no influence on the DPR. Together, ROE and CR have proven to have a significant positive effect on the DPR.

Increasing knowledge and competency challenges related to new technology and processes in Industry 4.0 (I4.0), a new strategic approach is needed for human resource management in companies. This study aims to identify a variety of skills that indicate an approach to how employees in companies and entrepreneurship can utilize them to face the emerging digital economy challenges in Industry 4.0. Macro environment analysis using the PESTEL framework approach was carried out. The finding that challenges in fulfilling the qualifications and requirements of employees and entrepreneurs who have a variety of skills to fulfill the core competencies in I4.0, requires the ability to identify needs, adjustments and flexibility with economic, social, technological and technical, environmental, and political and legal advances and changes . Identification and strategic approaches to qualifying core competencies that employees and entrepreneurship may require are explained in this article. Gap analysis of the categorization of each core competency and its evaluation is also described, ending with conclusions and recommendations.

The purpose of implementing this community service is to provide digital media training to increase the adaptability of online-based marketing by using social media applications and marketplaces that are still organic, adequate digital literacy, courage and ability for business actors to carry out digital transformation are prerequisites. important to support this goal. The implementation of the training is carried out through several stages. Through the PKM activities that have been carried out, positive information and feedback is obtained that DMT-CE is considered to be able to provide useful output that is able to motivate and encourage PKM partners, namely the Soup culinary business Mr. Asep Amih Sukabumi to be able to improve online-based adaptive marketing capabilities through the use of social media applications and marketplaces in the post-Covid-19 digital era. WhatsApp, Facebook marketplace, and IG for business are the digital platforms that are most consistently used in current digital marketing practices as a form of adoption and practice of transforming innovative and adaptive business models and processes within the digital ecosystem to rise and rise. classy, has better competitiveness, and can maintain its existence by increasing profitable sales on an ongoing basis.
