Abstrak: Pembelajaran fisika yang terjadi di lapangan masih minim inovasi. Pembelajaran cenderung berpusat pada pendidik. Pendidik hanya mentransfer pengetahuannya saja tanpa memikirkan apakah peserta didik sudah memahami konsep yang disampaikan atau belum. Rata-rata capaian hasil pemahaman konsep Fisika masih rendah. Teknologi yang berkembang pesat saat ini masih jarang dimanfaatkan oleh para pendidik. Padahal ini bisa menjadi salah satu alternatif untuk membuat pembelajaran lebih menarik dan berkesan. Dengan mengaitkan kearifan lokal yang ada di daerah peserta didik, dapat membuat peserta didik lebih mengenal kekayaan alam di daerahnya dan dapat diperkenalkan baik skala nasional maupun intrnasional. Dengan adanya permasalahan-permasalahan tersebut, maka perlu adanya integrasi anatara model, evaluasi dan media pembelajaran STEM-A (Sciences, Technology, Engineering, Mathematics, and Animation) berbasis kearifan lokal. Metode Penelitian yang dilakukan adalah Kuasi Eksperimen dengan desain penelitian one group pretest-posttest design. Hasil observasi menunjukkan adanya peningkatan pemahaman konsep mahasiswa setelah diterapkan pembelajaran STEM-A (Sciences, Technology, Engineering, Mathematics, and Animation) berbasis kearifan lokal. Dengan kategori sedang pada gain dinormalisasinya. Dari pembelajaran ini mahasiswa menjadi mengetahui kearifan lokal batu kuwung dan cara memanfaatkannya. Hasil penelitian akan terus dikembangkan pada mata kuliah-mata kuliah lain di jurusan Pendidikan Fisika Universitas Sultan Ageng tirtayasa. Kata kunci: kearifan lokal, pemahaman konsep, STEM-AAbstract: Learning physics is still traditional in reality. It tends to be centered on Teachers. They only transfer knowledge without knowing the learners already understand the concept yet or not. The average achievement understanding of physics concept results is still low. Rapidly evolving technology is still rarely used by teachers. Though this could be one of the alternatives to make learning more interesting and memorable. Connecting the local knowledge in the area of learners can make students more familiar with the natural resources in the region and can be introduced to the outside world. Given these problems, the need for integration between models, evaluation and learning media STEM-A (Sciences, Technology, Engineering, Mathematics, and Animation) based on local wisdom. The methods used were a Quasi-Experiment with the design of the study "One Group Pretest-Posttest Design." Observations indicate an increased understanding of the student concept after learning applied STEM-A (Sciences, Technology, Engineering, Mathematics, and Animation) based on local wisdom with medium category in gain normalization. By learning this concept, students could be aware of local wisdom "Batu Kuwung" and understand how to get advantage from it. A B S T R A C T Fraud can happen in the work environment in field of education. The purpose of this study was to demonstrate and explain empirically that there is the influence of the working environment, personal attitude and administration system against fraud. The study was conducted by survey method. Samples are 84 administrative employees and teachers in SMA and SMK Sukabumi. Testing is done by multiple linear regression analysis. Instruments adopted from previous research. Validity and reliability tests conducted before hypothesis test. The research proves that the work environment against fraud. Personal influence attitude and system administration against fraud is not proven significantly. A B S T R A K Kecurangan dapat terjadi di lingkungan kerja di bidang pendidikan. Tujuan penelitian ini adalah untuk membuktikan dan menjelaskan secara empiris bahwa ada pengaruh lingkungan kerja, personal attitude dan sistem administrasi terhadap fraud. Penelitian dilakukan dengan metode survey. Sampel adalah 84 pegawai tata usaha dan guru di SMAN dan SMKN Sukabumi. Pengujian dilakukan dengan uji regresi liner berganda. Instrumen diadopsi dari peneliti sebelumnya. Uji validitas dan reliabilitas dilakukan sebelum dilakukan uji hipotesis. Hasil penelitian membuktikan bahwa lingkungan kerja terhadap fraud. Komunikasi pemasaran memiliki peran penting dimana pemasaran olahraga menjadi salah satu kajian akademik yang menjelma menjadi sebuah bidang kajian yang menarik dan strategis dalam mendukung pembangunan, baik dalam pengertian pembangunan olahraga. Suatu organisasi menggunakan berbagai bentuk komunikasi pemasaran untuk mempromosikan apa yang mereka tawarkan dan mencapai tujuan finansial. Akan tetapi pada penelitian ini, organisasi PB PRSI adalah organisasi non-profit yang tujuan akhirnya tidak menghasilkan finansial. Tujuan penelitian ini adalah untuk menjelaskan strategi promosi yang dilakukan oleh organisasi PB PRSI dalam mempromosikan olahraga renang; serta untuk mengetahui alasan organisasi PB PRSI yang mengalami kendala dalam menjalankan strategi promosi olahraga renang. Penelitian ini menggunakan metode kualitatif dengan pendekatan studi kasus yang dapat mendeskripsikan, memahami, dan mengembangkan komunikasi pemasaran olahraga bagi organisasi PB PRSI. Data yang diperoleh melalui hasil wawancara dengan enam informan dari berbagai latar belakang yang berbeda-beda. Observasi dengan cara mendapatkan video serta foto berupa sponsorship yang bekerjasama dengan PB PRSI; serta studi dokumentasi. Hasil penelitian menunjukkan bahwa melaksanakan strategi promosi organisasi PB PRSI dalam mempromosikan olahraga renang di Indonesia ialah dengan berbagai macam cara mulai dari media sosial, media cetak, media televisi, serta melalui komunikasi pemasaran terpadu: berupa event. Cara mempromosikannya melalui beberapa konsep dari komunikasi pemasaran serta pemasaran olahraga seperti iklan, public relations, dan personal selling. Dalam melaksanakan strategi promosi organisasi PB PRSI terdapat beberapa kendala, diantaranya yakni fasilitas olahraga, prestasi yang sedang menurun, sponsorship, serta anggaran dana.
Influencer marketing is the one who managed to attract the attention of people on digital platforms, such as celebgram and vlogger. The advantages of social media that enable direct interaction with consumers has lead to the use of influencer marketing as a trend to promote the brand. One industry that actively uses influencer marketing is Indonesia's Muslim fashion industry. Research aimed to analyze and find solutions about the effectiveness, creativity process, uniqueness, and selectivity of influencer marketing in promoting the brand in the Indonesia's Muslim fashion industry. The research method used is case study. Case study research is a study that examines the contemporary phenomenon as a whole and comprehensive, this study in accordance with the focus of research on influencer marketing as a present phenomenon. The results obtained that influencer marketing trusted more engage on consumers in promoting the product, the process of creativity in creating ideas and promotional content based on their identity so there were a different approaches, the uniqueness of influencer marketing in Muslim fashion required extra selectivity because they have to build beautiful Islamic branding.
The fisheries sector is an important sector for the people of Indonesia and can be used as a prime mover for the national economy. Indonesia is a country that has a fairly high level of fish production every year, that Indonesia provides a large supply of fish for foreign countries. This study aims to analyze the competitiveness of the provincial fisheries processing industry in Indonesia. The study was conducted in February – June 2021. The method used was a literature survey to determine the competitiveness of the fisheries processing industry in 34 provinces in Indonesia. After all the data is processed, the data will be analyzed descriptively. Primary data are expert judgments consisting of 11 people regarding the proportion of competitiveness of the fishery processing industry. Secondary data in the form of statistical data on the Indonesian Fisheries Processing Industry in 2010-2017 Ministry of Maritime Affairs and Fisheries. The results showed that the competitiveness profile of the fishery processing industry in 2017 in Indonesia with the first rank of very high competitiveness was occupied by the Province of East Java because it excels in production, infrastructure, and Science and Technology the second rank is very high competitiveness. occupied by DKI Jakarta Province because it excels in production and science and technology, the third rank of very high competitiveness is occupied by Central Java Province because it excels in production and infrastructure.
