Vivenciando a classificação internacional de práticas de enfermagem em saúde coletiva: relato de experiência

Abstract

Objetivou-se realizar um relato de experiência acerca da construção de roteiros para consultas de Enfermagem utilizando-se os Diagnósticos de Enfermagem na perspectiva da Classificação Internacional de Práticas de Enfermagem em Saúde Coletiva articulada à Sistematização da Assistência de Enfermagem. Para tanto, foram desenvolvidos, no período de 2007 a 2008, quatro encontros vivenciais em uma instituição de ensino superior do Rio Grande do Norte, com 146 participantes, sendo duas educadoras. Os encontros visaram ao aprofundamento teórico acerca da temática e à construção dos roteiros para nortear as consultas realizadas pelos educandos. Constataram-se resultados positivos, os quais provam a viabilidade da utilização deste instrumento, e negativos, o que indica a deficiência da formação dos profissionais na perspectiva da sistematização da assistência no contexto da Atenção Primária à Saúde. Assim, a classificação das práticas é uma atividade inovadora em saúde coletiva importante para pesquisa e o ensino, pois revela potencialidades como os diagnósticos e intervenções de Enfermagem.

The International Classification for Nursing Practice (ICNP®) in the Nursing Consultation to the Puerperal Woman
