Variáveis Socioeconômicas e o Envolvimento no Lazer

Abstract: Este estudo, de natureza quantitativa, teve como objetivo analisar as atividades vivenciadas no lazer, por meio da Escala de Práticas no Lazer (ELP), com foco nas variáveis socioeconômicas. Uma amostra composta por 885 participantes tomou parte da pesquisa exploratória. “…Although some studies indicate that low income is a limiting factor for the access to leisure 18 , it was not verified any association between the frequency of leisure practices and income. Manual, social and virtual activities are more practiced by people with lower income and less education, and on the other hand, artistic activities are performed by people with higher education, as well as tourism activities are more practiced by people with higher income 22 .
