Variability in intra-specific and monosporous isolates of Volvariella volvacea based on enzyme activity, ITS and RAPD

Abstract: Two parents and 15 monosporous isolates were morphologically characterized and were found to vary in their growth characteristics on malt extract agar with respect to exoglucanase, endoglucanase, xylanase, laccase and polyphenol oxidase.
