Value-Added Analysis of Duck Meat Supply Chain in Malang, Indonesia

Abstract: This study aims to analyze the added value of the duck meat supply chain in Malang, Indonesia. The respondents in this study were duck farmers, distributors, suppliers, duck meat restaurants and consumers. The study was conducted through a survey with purposive and snowball sampling methods and then analyzed descriptively.
