This study aims to analyze the influence arising from entrepreneurial learning motivation and income expectations on students' interest in entrepreneurship at the Teaching and Education Faculty (TEF) Jambi University. The research was conducted using ex post facto quantitative methods to achieve this goal. The population of this study was Study Program students at the TEF University of Jambi. The research sample was determined using an area sampling technique to obtain area and individual samples. Individual sample calculations were carried out using the Slovin formula with an error rate of 8 percent, namely 131 respondents. Data were obtained using a questionnaire compiled based on each variable's indicators. Data were analyzed using multiple regression statistical techniques. The analysis results show that the variable motivation to learn entrepreneurship positively and significantly affects students' interest in entrepreneurship. The income expectation variable also positively and significantly affects student interest in entrepreneurship. Simultaneously, the motivational variables for learning entrepreneurship and income expectations significantly affect student interest in entrepreneurship. The implications of the results of this study explain that the higher the motivation of students to study entrepreneurship and the higher their expectations of the income that will be generated from entrepreneurship, the higher their interest in becoming entrepreneurs. Therefore it is suggested that universities optimize the entrepreneurship learning process through lectures and entrepreneurial practices.

The future belongs to sustainability. It is becoming more important to achieve sustainable economic development. Therefore, in addition to the countries´ economic performance, the continuous improvement of the quality of life should also be essential. The set topic is crucial, even necessary to achieve the ambitious goals of today's society in terms of sustainable economic development. The need for solution highlights the possible changes in the social aspect of economic development. Following this challenge, the objective of the paper is to evaluate the development of 26 quality of life indicators from selected 6 categories in the V4 countries and Austria as a research benchmark country between 2010-2019 and to identify the impact of the level of GDP on these indicators. The descriptive statistics and linear regression analysis are used. Most life quality indicators reveal that the level of the V4 countries is better than the EU 27 average or the same. In conclusion, 61.5% of variables in all countries related to research hypothesis was confirmed, which means that the GDP growth had a positive effect on the improvement of the quality of life within these variables. However, comparing to Austria as a highly developed country, a significant sustainable development gap can be still observed in V4.

Background: The state and prospects of the healthcare industry of a country are among its top priorities because the quality of life and health of its citizens are indicators of its success and competitiveness. The aim of this study is to conduct a theoretical analysis and qualitative and quantitative assessments of indicators by developing an integral indicator in the context of behavioral, social, demographic, and economic factors that characterize the level of healthcare system development in European countries using multivariate statistical modeling methods. Methods: The study was implemented using Statistica 10 and Statistica Portable statistical packages. The statistical base of the study was formed using descriptive analysis; a group of 10 European countries was identified using a cluster analysis based on the application of an iterative divisive k-means method. The degree and significance of the interrelations between the components characterizing the studied groups of indicators were determined using canonical correlations by conducting a canonical analysis. Factor modeling is conducted by applying the analysis of the main components to determine the relevant indicators for assessing the level of healthcare system development to build integral indicators of the level of healthcare system development in European countries. Results: The need to improve the level of healthcare system development in European countries was confirmed. Shortcomings and possible reserves for potential improvement of the healthcare system were identified. Conclusions: The results can help public authorities, officials and employees of the healthcare sector organize and conduct effective, timely, high-quality regulation and adjustment of the regulatory and legislative framework to improve healthcare system development.
