Using the 5 E's Instructional Model to Enhance English Grammar Learning of Secondary Stage Students

Abstract: The purpose of this study was to investigate the impact of using the 5 E's instructional model on secondary stage students' grammar learning. The model was applied by ten prospective teachers in five secondary stage classes to teach English grammar. A qualitative assessment questionnaire designed by the researcher was used for investigating improvement in students' learning of grammar and for evaluating the application of the model in English teaching.
