The issue of the training of future teachers of natural science and mathematics to using STEM technologies was discussed on the basis of the system of scientific analysis. The article describes several severities of the process of training future teachers of natural science and mathematics and organization of making use of STEM technologies based on project priorities and application-oriented study methods, connected with modern technologies and also supplying them by social connection in a professional environment. The assembly of the principles of the effectiveness of the training system referred to above shall be defined and described in the following paragraphs.

The use of online technology of an experimental, gaming, competitive nature helps unite the virtual context and the acquisition of analytical skills in an environment, where personal communication is impossible, and the learning process requires high-quality preparation and understanding of the level of acquisition of speech skills. Studies show that within the conditions of distance learning of language and literature teachers (philologists), special difficulties are caused by the study of new technologies related to speech practice, stylistics, text creation; the reason for this is the insufficient number of group and heuristic activities, work in pairs, lack of sufficient speech practice of high communicative and intellectual level. Online quizzes as a technology of competition, games aims to increase the register, level and intensity of communication; they can potentially overcome the lack of authentic communication and academic traditions in the training of philologists. The purpose of this study is to show the prospects for the use of modern information and computer technologies. Intensive informatization of the educational process has its own organizational specifics: the willingness and availability of technical capabilities not only for students - philologists, but also for the teaching staff of universities and administrations. The condition for successful informatization is the ability of teachers to effectively use all available potential. The study focuses on the use and scope, difficulties in implementing information and communication technologies, and separate competitive interactive forms in higher education of language and literature teachers in terms of distance education.

В статті викладено підхід до використання можливостей відкритого освітнього середовища, зокрема, електронного ресурсу в післядипломній педагогічній освіті. Обґрунтовано необхідність створення умов у післядипломній педагогічній освіті для підтримки неперервності освітнього процесу, що сприяє адаптації педагога до нових вимог та можливостей освітнього середовища. Запропоновано визначення «освітнє середовище післядипломної освіти» та «освітнє е-середовище післядипломної освіти». Визначено технології створення освітнього електронного ресурсу, його сутнісні характеристики, особливості та шляхи використання в освітньому середовищі післядипломної педагогічної освіти.Ключові слова: середовище; відкрита освіта; освітнє середовище; інформаційно-комунікаційні технології; онлайн сервіси; післядипломна освітаОдним із актуальних напрямків модернізації неперервної освіти є активізація використання педагогами в професійній діяльності динамічно і безперервно зростаючих можливостей інформаційно-комунікаційних технологій (ІКТ). Як наслідок, усталений девіз «освіта на все життя» змінено на «освіта протягом життя». Врахування зазначеного зумовлює необхідність створення передумов у післядипломній педагогічній освіті для підтримки неперервності освітнього процесу, що сприяє адаптації педагога до нових вимог та можливостей освітнього середовища.Висвітлення проблеми знайшло відображення у низці робіт сучасних та вітчизняних науковців: В.Ю. Бикова, О.Г Кузьмінської, В.В Пашкова, О.О. Самойленка, С.О. Штомпеля. Вчені приділяють увагу питанням створення у післядипломній педагогічній освіті науково-освітнього простору відповідно до європейських норм та нових концептуальних положень Національної рамки кваліфікацій [2; 5; 12; 14; 17].Здійснивши аналітичне вивчення науково-теоретичних джерел виявлено, що феномен освітнього середовища складний. На даному етапі розвитку науки існує безліч підходів та інтерпретацій терміну «освітнє середовище», що окреслюють його в різних аспектах. Втім, у всіх визначено його як систему впливів, умов, можливостей у процесі взаємодії особистості й середовища, що має двосторонній характер: з одного боку середовище через свої структурні елементи впливає на розвиток особистості, з іншого -особистість, вступаючи у взаємодію з різними елементами, засобами і явищами, створює це середовище, надаючи йому спрямованої соціальної якості [1; 4; 6; 9]. Також, науковці зазначають, що сучасний процес отримання знань набуває рис нелінійності та спільності, які зумовлюються сучасними можливостями сервісів глобальної мережі Інтернет.
