The problems generated by the modern civilization development of humanity are of a complex nature. This means that their manifestations become elements of the external and internal environment for subjects, multiplying many times in their minds and the results of their activities, leading to various disorders: diseases, accidents, conflicts, etc. At the same time, humanity has developed a culture, as a fairly perfect tool for solving problems and avoiding errors. Postnon-classical understanding of culture involves analyzing the components each of its forms of representation and extracting the most significant information for the existence of humanity, which is presented in the form of ideas and cultural values and determines the level of the general human cultural development.

The work provides a socio-philosophical analysis of the most significant environmental determinants of sustainable development. The article identifies two main groups as environmental determinants of sustainable development. The first group of determinants is formed by environmental determinants of sustainable development in themselves, which emerge as a result of solving a number of separate environmental problems. The second group consists of determinants which are interconnected with environmental determinants of sustainable development and arising on the way of solving a number of separate global problems of modern age, which are closely connected and intertwined with environmental issues. In this paper the authors analyze subjective experiences on different levels (cognitive, emotional-sensory, motivational-volitional) of the people with military disability. The authors state the qualitative changes of perception, selfconsciousness, body image, activity levels, and expression of emotions which can be viewed as an altered state of consciousness. It serves as a background for the mental activity of a disabled person. The authors consider some of the forms of social alienation of the people with military disability. Based on defining the altered state of consciousness as both adaptive and non-adaptive way for expressing one's feelings, need, wishes, emotions, it can be concluded that a person with military disability can use the adaptive way to change one's state of consciousness to find new ways of harmonizing its inner experience and feelings.
