Urinary and blood procalcitonin concentration in healthy persons

Abstract: Aim. Blood serum and urinary procalcitonin (PCT) concentration in healthy persons was studied. Materials and methods. A single-stage observational study of case-control type was performed. The study included 32 men and 37 women of middle age (53.4 16.4 years) with normal renal function.
