freier Fleck aus, das Trifoliumglykosid neigte auch hier zur Schwanzbildung. Aus diesen papierchromatographichen Befunden ergab sich : 1. Trifolin und Trifoliosid haben gleiche Rf-Werte. Hieraus lieB sich schlieaen, daD die beiden Substanzen identisch sind. 2. Dem japanischen Trifolin haften noch zwei Begleitaubstanzen an, bei denen es sich wahrscheinlich um die gleichen Nebenglykoside handelt, die auch h i m nicht hinreichend gereinigten Trifoliosid beobachtet werden. Das Trifoliosid wies im vorliegenden Fall nur noch Spuren einer auflerordentlich schwer abtrennbaren Substanz mit hoherem Rf-Wert (freies Aglykon 2) auf. C. Ein eindeutiger Beweis fur die Identitat der beiden Glykoside wurde durch die Die Kurve I ist die des Trifoliosids, die andere die des japankchen Trifolins. Bei beiden Substanzen liegen samtliche Banden bei genau gleichen Wellenliingen. Die hoheren Durchlassigkeitswerte der Kurve I1 sind durch Konzentrationsunterschiede und durch die Streuung der KBr-PreBlinge bedingt. Die OH-Bande bei 2,95p liidt den SchluB zu, dad das Trifolin bei der Messung einen etwas hoheren Wassergehalt besessen hat. *) Die Aufnahme erfolgte mit dem Leitz-Infrarotspektrographen der Universitiitaapotheke Tiibingen. Durch die Heaktion zwischen Salk ylsuureh ydrazid und D-Glukurms6ure bzw. DGlukuronlakton wurden zwei neue Verbindungen erhalten, die a b Chenwtherapeutika anzusprechen sind. Als Antipyretika und Analgetika sind sie wirlcsamer als Acetylsalicylsaure und Salicylamid und weniger toxisch als Salicylsaureh ydrazid.
