Üniversite Öğrencisi Kızların Yeme Tutumlarının Duygudurum Bozukluğu İle İlişkisi

Abstract: Özet Amaç: Bu çalışmada üniversite öğrencisi kızlarda yeme tutumları ile duygudurum bozuklukları arasındaki ilişkinin incelenmesi amaçlanmıştır. Gereç ve Yöntemler: Araştırmanın örneklemi, İstanbul ilindeki sekiz farklı üniversitede eğitim gö-ren ve rastgele örnekleme yöntemi ile seçilen 189 kız öğrenciden oluşmaktadır. “…Besides; it was seen that there were not any differences in individuals' eating behaviors in terms of sports history but there were differences in individuals' depression levels in terms of sports history (p<0.05). As a result of the study findings; it was seen that those doing regular PA showed a positive correlation between eating attitudes and their depression levels; which concurred with other study results in the literature (Vardar and Erzengin 2011;Deveci et al 2016;Kittel et al 2015;Puccio et al 2016). It is concluded that people did regular physical activities excessively in order to protect their body weight, to have a nice postural look and to live healthily and this idea led to changes in their eating behaviors too; all of which -we think-caused their depression level to go up.…”
