Abstract: Η ανασκαφή του 2004 στις βόρειες παρυφές του Αρτεμισίου της Θάσου οδήγησε στην ανακάλυψη ενός σπαράγματος ψηφίσματος προς τιμήν του Στίλβωνος από τη Θάσο, το οποίο χρονολογείται ανάμεσα στον 1ο αι. π.Χ. και στον 1ο αι. μ.Χ. Ο Στίλβων προσφέρθηκε να χρηματοδοτήσει τις οικοδομικές εργασίες και τις επισκευές στο ιερό μιας θεάς της πόλης. It can be pointed out, for instance, that a bronze plaque (Grandjean 2010 At the beginning of the Imperial period, a certain Stilbōn was honoured by the city for his benefactions (Fournier and Prêtre 2006).
