Resumo Este artigo apresenta uma aplicação da metodologia multicritério de apoio à decisão construtivista na construção de um modelo para auxiliar na tomada de decisõesPalavras-chave: gerenciamento de portfólio; avaliação de desempenho; gerenciamento de projetos; desenvolvimento de software; MCDA-C. IntroduçãoEm organizações onde a inovação, em conjunto com a agilidade e flexibilidade, se constituem em fatores competitivos relevantes, é comum observar situações decisórias onde as informações são incompletas e imprecisas, os recursos são escassos, os objetivos são difusos, os interesses são conflitantes, e o grau de entendimento das conseqüências dessas decisões é reduzido.A estes contextos denominamos complexos ou mal estruturados.

Management of a rural estate using a multi-criteria tool to support decision making

“…The MCDA-C methodology has as its main purpose the expansion of the knowledge of the decision maker in relation to complex, conflicting and uncertain contexts. “…Upon completion of the construction phase of the descriptors, the MCDA-C methodology enables the ordinal profile of the current situation to be visualized in relation to each aspect considered relevant by the manager (Bortoluzzi et al, 2010).
