The research was conducted in Kosovo and Albania to examine the studies on the subject of learning and teaching English in terms of different variables. The data of the research were collected through document review method, which is one of the qualitative research techniques, and they were analyzed using the content analysis method. An "Article Review Form" was developed by the researchers for examining the articles. Articles related to learning and teaching in Kosovo and Albania which are accessible on the internet were searched by taking into account the identified topic. In consequence of the conducted analyses, it was determined that, In Kosovo and Albania, the majority of research related to learning and teaching English 'was conducted between 1998 and 2019, with the highest number of studies published in 2017, 2011 and 2013. It was detected that most of the studies were conducted with undergraduate students. In addition, it is seen that 24 articles are related to different subjects and only 2 articles are about the same subject. According to the findings regarding to research type, 13 were research type and 13 were review articles. The data suggest that quantitative research methods were the most commonly used method in articles and then mixed and qualitative method studies are performed respectively. In the investigated studies, a questionnaire was generally preferred as a data collection tool. In addition, in some studies, it was observed that data were collected by using achievement test, questionnaire, interview and even observation form at the same time. Descriptive statistical methods were mostly used in the data analysis of the studies. According to the results of variables, it is seen that only 11 articles out of 26 articles contain recommendations related to the findings.

The purpose of this study is to investigate the number of extracted factors in exploratory factor analysis (EFA) studies which takes part in Turkish Measurement Tools Index (TMTI / TOAD) according to parallel analysis results. By the date the study had begun, 4440 studies were indexed in TMTI, 500 studies were selected by systematic sampling procedure among them and the number of full texts investigated is 451. For these studies, values were coded by using a form which was developed by researchers such as sample size, number of items, rotation method. For 300 studies in which EFA was implied, some of them do not include information about sample size, number of items, minimum factor loading, number of factors, extracted variance. The most frequent extraction method is principal component analysis, and criterion for number of factors is eigenvalue greater than unity. For multifactor scales typical rotation, method is varimax. Amongst 67 EFA studies that could be compared to parallel analysis results, 52 overextraction and seven underextraction situation was detected. For seven studies, number of factors were accurate. Findings are discussed within existing literature and a checklist is recommended for the purpose of minimizing deficiencies in reporting EFA results.

Aim of the present study is to analyze science teacher candidates' laboratory videos by using Many-facet Rasch model. Survey method was used in the study. The study was conducted in 2017-2018 academic year spring semester. Rasch model's surfaces are respectively: 9 juries, 13 science activities and 19 criteria. FACETS program was used for data analysis. Findings reveal that laboratory video, which was coded as SA8, was found to be the most successful and SA1 coded video was found the most unsuccessful with respect to criteria. The simplest articles which science teacher candidates were subjected are -introducing yourself‖, -using proper costume‖, -appropriate time‖ and the articles for which the science teacher candidates are constrained mostly -soundsupporting effect‖, -writing effect‖, -warning for security precautions‖. Jury numbered 3 or coded as J3 is -the most lenient‖ and scorer numbered 2 is -the severest‖ when juries are sequenced from the most lenient. Moreover, it could be said that, some of the jury members were extremely severe or lenient against some science activities according to bias analysis.
