территория ханты-мансийского автономно-го округа -Югры (хмао -Югра) расположена в лесной зоне западной сибири в природном очаге туляремии пойменно-речного типа [2]. основным резервуаром и массовым источником инфекции в условиях западной сибири считается водяная полев-ка Arvicola amphibius L., 1758 [6]. в июле-октябре 2013 г. в хмао -Югре зарегистрирована эпидемиче-ская вспышка туляремии, охватившая 1005 человек. эпицентром вспышки стал город ханты-мансийск, где выявлено 955 больных [5]. в настоящее время механизм заражения чаще всего трансмиссивный -переносчиками служат в основном кровососущие двукрылые насекомые.нами поставлена цель -произвести комплекс исследований для выявления путей циркуляции воз-будителя туляремии Francisella tularensis, установить основных носителей и переносчиков этой инфекции Пробл. особо опасных инф. 2017; 2:28-31 цель. проведение комплекса исследований для выявления путей циркуляции возбудителя туляремии, уста-новление основных носителей и переносчиков этой инфекции. материалы и методы. для отлова мелких мле-копитающих использовали методы ловчих канавок, ловчих заборчиков из полиэтиленовой пленки и ловушко-линий. для бактериологической оценки на туляремию у животных брали селезенку. проведен также анализ проб воды. Выводы и результаты. в 2015 г. проведен комплекс зоолого-паразитологических и бактериологических исследований для выявления путей циркуляции возбудителя туляремии в природном очаге пойменно-речного типа на территории ханты-мансийского автономного округа -Югры в слиянии рек оби и иртыша. общий объем исследованного материала составил 542 особи мелких млекопитающих 16 видов и 447 особей земноводных че-тырех видов. установлено, что по сравнению с 2013 г. в пойменных биотопах произошла перестройка зооценоза. из состава сообщества мелких млекопитающих выбыл основной носитель и массовый источник туляремийной инфекции -водяная полевка. изменился и состав эктопаразитов, отсутствовали специфические эктопаразиты водяной полевки. в 2015 г. в слиянии рек оби и иртыша наблюдалась вялотекущая эпизоотия среди мелких мле-копитающих. необходимые предпосылки для протекания острой туляремийной эпизоотии отсутствовали.Ключевые слова: ханты-мансийский автономный округ -Югра, природный очаг туляремии, мониторинг но-сителей и переносчиков инфекции. Objective of the study is to conduct the complex investigations aimed at identification of circulation pathways of tularemia agent, as well as to define the main carriers and vectors of the disease. Materials and methods. Trap trench method, trap fences and trap-lines were used to catch small mammals for examination. Bacteriological testing on tularemia infection in animals was carried out using spleen samples. In addition, water samples were studied. Results and conclusions. A method for the isolation of a complex antigen of protein-carbohydrate nature from outer membranes of the vaccine strain Francisella tularensis subsp. holarctica 15 NIIEG cells and its detailed characteristics have been described. A protein of bacterioferritin (Bfr) and O-antigen were identified in the antigenic complex. It was shown that the obtained complex antigen is non-toxic, harmless, has high immunogenic activity and protects white mice in the subcutaneous infection with a virulent strain of F. tularensis subsp. holarctica 503/840. This antigen was shown to occur in the tularemia microbe regardless of the subspecies and presence of a capsule. The high antigenic and immunobiological activity of the Bfr-O-antigen complex provides the prerequisites for its further use as a component in the development of preventive and diagnostic drugs against the tularemia infection. Francisella tularensis, antigens, outer membrane proteins, immunogenicity, lipopoly saccharide, O-antigen. The purpose of the research is establishing the composition, infection rates, species and group ratio of ectoparasites of the East European vole on the northern border of the range in Western Siberia (Middle Ob Region). Materials and methods. In 2015–2018, in order to capture the provider of ectoparasites, the East European vole, we used methods of trap lines, trap trenches, and fence-traps; we recorded 173 animals from which we collected 881 specimens of gamasid mites, ixodic ticks, lice and fleas. To assess the quantitative indicators of ectoparasites, the indices generally accepted in parasitology were used. Results and discussion. In 2014, it was established for the first time that there is a sibling species of the common vole, the East European vole in the Middle Ob Region (middle taiga of the forest zone of Western Siberia). In the city of Surgut and its neighborhood, this animal is confined to the most transformed biotopes. The ectoparasite complex of the East European vole includes 26 species of parasitic arthropods. By the number of species (13) and individuals, gamasid mites predominate, and the proportion of ixodic ticks, lice and fleas put together is almost 3 times lower. In a climate of the Middle Ob Region, the list of ectoparasites will no doubt grow as the range of habitats expands and the contacts of the East European vole with other small mammals increase, and its role in maintaining pathogen circulation of natural focal infectious diseases will increase.
