Transnationale Direktinvestitionen und kulturelle Unterschiede

Abstract: In dieser Studie wird auf breiter empirischer Grundlage dargestellt, auf welche Hindernisse deutsche Investoren stoßen können, wenn sie in einem anderen nationalen Kontext Joint Ventures mit heimischen Unternehmen bilden und versuchen, Vorprodukte von lokalen Lieferanten zu beziehen.
