The phenomenon of the absence of moral decadence and appropriate behavior such as violence, brawls, exclusivism, and a lack of tolerance and respect for others in all forms involving students is an ineffective model of education and function. The dysfunction is caused by not conveying the message desired by the teacher. Thus, this study aimed to describe the multicultural values-based teacher communication model in early childhood education institutions in rural areas. This research used a case study approach. This study indicates that the multicultural value-based teacher communication model in early childhood education institutions in rural areas is carried out in the form of verbal and non-verbal communication. In verbal communication, messages are conveyed verbally and in writing. Meanwhile, in the non-verbal communication process, the messages conveyed are in the form of persuasive power, coercive and reward power, personal imitation, and educative interactions vertically and horizontally

This study aims to analyze and understand women's leadership in building children's emotional-social intelligence in PAUD Aisyiyah Gilimanuk Jembrana Bali. The qualitative case study method is used in this investigation. The information was gathered through a combination of observation, interviews, and documentation. The data analysis was carried out circularly, beginning with data collection and progressing through data reduction, presentation, and conclusion. As a result of the findings; PAUD Aisyiyah is a female leader who is highly dedicated to creating a polite culture program to build children's emotional-social intelligence. Efforts to construct emotional-social intelligence are carried out properly through the following stages; reliable leadership for early childhood, educator for teachers and students, managerial and administrator, supervisor, innovator, and motivator. This research has implications for the importance of female leaders in building an excellent organizational culture, especially in creating emotional-social intelligence for children at school, through the involvement of all components.

The progress of a company or foundation is dependent on the productivity of its employees. If the productivity of the employees is high, the company/foundation will be easier to move forward. However, the motivation to have high productivity is a problem that is quite faced by management / leadership, because it is hoped that motivation will arise in employees, not because of coercion or threats. So for that, efforts are made to encourage the creation of self-motivation. Among them is an assessment of work performance and then accompanied by career and position development. The purpose of this study was to determine the extent of the relationship between performance and career development with work motivation of employees at Masjid Al-Ikhlas Foundation (YMAI), in particular, apart from being a requirement for completing the task of completing the International Institute. In this study, the authors used a questionnaire method, which was distributed randomly to employees in the YMAI work environment, which was then collected using the SPSS system. Finally the author came to the conclusion that there is a positive relationship between performance and career development at YMAI.
