In this research, thermodynamics law experiments media based IoT was developed and tested. The purpose of this research was to assess the effectiveness of media through a problem-based learning laboratory for gifted young scientists. This research is Research and Development with ADDIE (Analysis, Design, Develompment, Implementation, and Evaluation) models. The research subjects consisted of four expert validators, two teachers and one groups of 108 students in Senior High School 2 in Batang City, Indonesia. Data were gathered by using questionnaires, observation, and written test. The results of the Normalized-gain test were 0.79 for the experiment class and 0.41 and 0.30 for the control class. This media is easily assembled, based on digital, equipped with manuals and student worksheets. The validation results from the media experts 3.81 (Very Good), the results of the validation from the material experts 3.54 (Very Good) and the results of the physics teacher's responses covering all aspects of the material and multimedia 3.68 (Very Good). The results of the validation show that thermodynamic law experiment media based IoT is appropriate to be used as a medium for learning thermodynamics law.

In the last few years, the evolution of new Information and Communication Technologies (ICT) and networks has enabled the appearance and development of several platforms and tools that serve to operate and distribute the learning content. In some particular domains, especially the scientific one, learners need to work on practical activities, using specific products and equipment to complete, consolidate, or verify their conceptual acquisitions. However, facing the increasing number of learners in Moroccan institutions, it becomes hard and expensive for developing countries, like Morocco, to ensure the appropriate conditions for each learner to perform such activities. The majority of the suggested platforms and tools cannot solve this issue, because of their inefficiency regarding offering students good interactive practical activities. Virtual Reality (VR) and the Internet of Things (IoT), as the two most incredible technologies of the last few decades, can be used as an alternative to create a virtual environment where the learner can carry out practical activities like in the real world. In such an environment, learners interact with both virtual and physical objects. In this research paper, we propose a new approach based on VR and IoT to enhance learning by providing learners with an educational space where they can perform some practical activities. The hybrid proposed approach has been used to create a virtual environment where learners (the final year of high school) can measure ultrasonic velocity in the air. The evaluation results show that the manipulation and coupling of real objects with virtual 3D objects increases in a striking way the learning outcomes of learners, as this allows them to feel linked to the real context.

As a key service of the future 6G network, healthcare digital twin is the virtual replica of a person, which employs Internet of Things (IoT) technologies and AI-powered models to predict the state of health and provide suggestions to a range of clinical questions. To support healthcare digital twins, the right cyber resilience technologies and policies must be applied and maintained to preserve cyber resilience. Vulnerability detection is a fundamental technology for cyber resilience in healthcare digital twins. Recently, deep learning (DL) has been applied to address the limitations of traditional machine learning in vulnerability detection. However, it is important to consider code context relationships and pay attention on the vulnerability related keywords for searching an IoT vulnerability in healthcare digital twins. Due to massive software and complexity of healthcare digital twin, a full automatic solution is really needed for assisting cyber resilience check in the real-world scenarios. This paper presents a novel scheme for recognising potential vulnerable functions to support healthcare digital twins. We develop a new deep neural model to capture bi-directional context relationships among the risky code keywords. A number of well-designed experiments are carried out on a large ground truth, which consists of tens of thousands of vulnerable and non-vulnerable functions from IoT related software. The results show our new scheme outperforms the state-of-the-art DL-based methods for vulnerability detection.
