Abstract:Electrochemical synthetic pathways for Fe͑VI͒ salts from an iron anode in alkaline electrolyte were compared, including a novel in situ direct synthesis of solid BaFeO 4 , or an ex situ two-step solution-phase electrochemical synthesis followed by chemical precipitation.
