This study aimed to obtain data from previous studies on the relevance culture of Islamic economic principles and democracy and welfare based on the Pancasila ideology. Our data search was conducted electronically on many international and national publications between 2010 and 2021. Furthermore, our data has been analyzed involving several techniques such as data analysis, interpretation, in-depth analysis of critical evaluation, and drawing conclusions that can answer the question of this study. We are looking for references between Islamic economic principles and Pancasila economics. Based on Wah and his discussion, he was surprised to find evidence of the studies developing Islamic economics and its principles, welfare, and economic democracy based on Pancasila. This is because most Muslims mutually agree upon the two sources as residents of Indonesia. Arabic language and this study are essential inputs for developing the following Islamic economics study.

This study aimed to analyze Pancasila as the source of all sources of law and the actualization of Pancasila in constructing the national legal system. The type of research was normative legal research with a statutory and conceptual approach. The researchers did library research techniques as secondary data sources. This study analyzed qualitatively juridically. The study results showed that the formulation of laws in every political stage of legal reform should follow the values contained in Pancasila as the source of all sources of law. The formation or renewal of norms would have implications for interests and impact people's lives or the construction of national and community life. In the development of law, Pancasila was a philosophical foundation, namely the view of life, awareness, and legal ideals of the Indonesian nation. The values of divinity, humanity, unity, democracy, and justice should be actualized into the legal substance, legal structure, and legal culture that would be built.

Pancasila is a concensus and national principle for Indonesian independence. Therefore, Pancasila has always been the guideline and moral basis for Indonesian people in every activity when living as a nation-state citizen, including Islamic da'wah activity. This study is a text study which is referred to as rational and historical reconstruction. The results of the study show that as a state philosophy, the values in Pancasila are very possible to be the basis for the development of Islamic da'wah, especially the divinity value, humanity and unity. Divinity values support Islamic da'wah activities in order to invite people to live with God dan religion at the same time, but also mandate that da'wah is not carried out with an attitude of "religious selfishness", but with a cultured Jurnal Pendidikan PKN Pancasila dan Kewarganegaraan http://jurnal.untan.ac.id/index.php/JPPKn/index e-ISSN: 2723-0996| Vol. 3 No. 2 Oktober 2022 70 attitude: respect and honor other religion believers. The value of national unity mandates that Islamic da'wah also plays a role in maintaining social cohesion, thus creating a solid civilization and cooperate civilization, which in the end will lead to benefit and happiness in society.
