The exploratory case study, with a positive deviance approach, was used to address the problem that online small business leaders lack effective leadership skills and actions. Generally, online small business leaders face challenges separate and unique from traditional ground business leaders and different than big ecommerce business leaders who are turning ground businesses to online global businesses. Specifically, online small business leaders lack effective leadership skills and actions to address the unique challenges of online small businesses, resulting in a 90% first-year failure rate. Ten online small business leaders answered interview questions to explore best practices and processes. Data analysis revealed six themes of online small business leadership qualities but not particular leadership qualities practiced by online small business leaders. The major six qualities of the online small business leaders in this study consisted of having passion and intrinsic motivation for their work, having a heightened awareness of time and time management, maintaining old fashioned face-to-face interactions, historically having someone of positive influence in their lives, being adaptable to change, and having high problem-solving and decision-making skills. Based on these new findings, more exploration of how these online small business leadership qualities could contribute to higher success rates is recommended.

Bu çalışmanın amacı, çalışanlarda erteleme davranışı eğilimi ile zaman tuzaklarını saptamak, erteleme davranışı ile zaman tuzakları arasında anlamlı bir ilişki olup olmadığını araştırmak, eğer anlamlı bir ilişki var ise kişi ve iş kaynaklı zaman tuzaklarının erteleme davranışına etkisini belirlemek ve çalışanların erteleme davranışının demografik faktörlere göre anlamlı bir farklılık gösterip göstermediğini incelemektir. Bu amaca bağlı olarak Zonguldak ilinde faaliyet gösteren özel bir işletmede çalışan 170 kişiden yüz yüze anket yöntemiyle veri elde edilmiştir. Elde edilen bu veriler SPSS ve AMOS programları ile değerlendirilmiş, güvenirlik, geçerlilik, frekans, korelasyon, çoklu regresyon, Mann-Whitney U ve Kruskal Wallis H testleri ile analiz edilmiştir. Gerçekleştirilen analizler sonucunda; zaman tuzaklarının erteleme davranışına etki eden önemli bir faktör olduğu, özellikle de kişi kaynaklı zaman tuzaklarının erteleme davranışı üzerinde baskın bir etkisi olduğu sonucuna varılmıştır.

Procrastination is the behavior that can not take advantage of time or procrastinate doing something. The purpose of this study was to determine the effect of procrastinating habits and low time management on student self efficacy in MA Soebono Mantofani. The method used is descriptive method with an associative approach. The sampling technique used was proportional random sampling using a sample of 61 respondents. The analysis tool uses validity test, reliability test, classic assumption test, regression analysis, correlation coefficient analysis, coefficient of determination analysis and hypothesis testing. The results of this study are the delaying habits have a negative effect on student self-efficacy of 41.0%. Hypothesis testing is obtained tcount <ttable or (-6,406 <2,001), so that H0 is accepted and H1 is rejected, meaning that there is no positive and significant influence between procrastination on student self-efficacy in MA Soebono Mantofani. The low time management has a negative effect on student self-efficacy by 39.9%. Hypothesis testing is obtained tcount <ttable or (-6.262 <2.001) so that H0 is accepted and H2 is rejected, meaning that there is no positive and significant influence between low management time on student slf Efficacy on. Simultaneous test of procrastinating habit and low time management affect the student self efficacy with a contribution of 41.7%, while the remaining 58.3% is influenced by other factors. Hypothesis testing obtained the value of Fcount> Ftable or (20.767> 2.760), thus Ho is rejected and H3 is accepted. This means that there is a simultaneous influence between procrastinating habits and low time management on student self efficacy in MA Soebono Mantofani.
