Thrombectomy in basilar artery occlusions: impact of number of passes and futile reperfusion

Abstract: BackgroundThe number of mechanical thrombectomy (MT) passes is strongly associated with angiographic reperfusion as well as clinical outcomes in patients with anterior circulation ischemic stroke.
