The Use of a Patency Capsule in Pediatric Crohn’s Disease: A Prospective Evaluation

Abstract: The PC appears to be a useful screening tool for functional patency of the small bowel in suspected or known pediatric CD. Delayed passage of an intact PC requires careful interpretation.
