Abstract: Tennessee antigen (TAG) is a glycoprotein which has been extracted from adenocarclnoma of the colon. It is one of the numerous tumour associated antigens whlch has been developed and there is evidence that it differs considerably from carcino-embryonic antigen (CEA) preparations.
