Objective. To translate the Perceived Stress Questionnaire (PSQ) into Chinese, validate its reliability and validity in nursing students and investigate the perceived stress level of nursing students. Method. Forward-and back-translation combined with expert assessment and cross-cultural adaptations were used to construct the Chinese version of the Perceived Stress Questionnaire (C-PSQ). This research adopted a stratifiedsampling method among 1519 nursing students in 30 classes of Ningbo College of Health Sciences to assess the reliability and validity of the C-PSQ. Among them, we used the Recent C-PSQ (only the last month). Results. The C-PSQ retained all 30 items of the original scale.Principal component analysis extracted five factors that explained 52.136% of the total variance. The S-CVI/Ave was 0.913. Concurrent validity was 0.525 and 0.567 for anxiety and depression respectively. The results of the confirmatory factor analysis were as follows: χ 2 /df=4.376, RMR=.023, GFI=.921, AGFI=.907, CFI=.916, RMSEA=.048, PNFI=.832, PGFI=.782, CN=342 and AIC/CAIC=.809 . The scale's Cronbach's alpha was 0.922, and Cronbach's α of each dimension was 0.899 (worries/tension), 0.821 (joy), 0.688 (overload), 0.703 (conflict), 0.523 (self-realization) . The correlation coefficient between the first and second test, the first and third test, and the second and third test was 0.725, 0.787, and 0.731, respectively. Mean values and distribution of overall PSQ index in nursing students was 0.399±0.138. Different demographic factors were significantly associated with the perceived stress of nursing students. Conclusion. The C-PSQ has an appropriate reliability and validity, which means that the scale can be used as a universal tool for psychosomatic studies. ABSTRAKPendahuluan: Infeksi Herpes Simpleks Virus 1 (HSV 1) pada rongga mulut merupakan suatu penyakit yang diawali gejala prodromal yaitu demam diikuti munculnya vesikel pada wajah, mukosa mulut, dan bibir. HSV 1 bersifat laten di dalam tubuh dan dapat rekuren yang dipicu oleh paparan sinar matahari, stres emosional, kondisi imunosupresi, kelainan hormonal dan trauma saraf. Laporan kasus ini bertujuan untuk membahas infeksi HSV 1 rekuren intraoral (RIH) dengan faktor predisposisi stres emosional. Laporan kasus: Seorang perempuan 35 tahun datang ke poli Ilmu Penyakit Mulut didiagnosis RIH sejak 3 bulan sebelumnya dengan keluhan sariawan di lidah dan tenggorokan yang didahului demam. Ekstra oral tidak ditemukan kelainan sedangkan intra oral terdapat ulser, dasar kekuningan, tepi ireguler, dikelilingi eritem di lateral lidah kiri, palatum posterior, orofaring dan gingiva disertai rasa sakit. Hasil pemeriksaan darah anti HSV 1 Ig G reaktif dengan nilai 21,3 pada kunjungan dan 31,4 setelah terjadi kekambuhan. Setelah dilakukan anamnesis yang mendalam,stres emosional diduga sebagai pemicu RIH, dimana musibah yang dialami pasien mengakibatkan stres emosional yang memicu berulangnya RIH. Terapi farmakologis berupa asiklovir sistemik, obat kumur khlorheksidine glukonat, vitamin B 12 serta asam folat, sedangkan pengelolaan stres diberikan sebagai terapi non farmakologi. Infeksi sembuh setelah 3 minggu. Selain terapi farmakologi, pasien ini diberikan motivasi untuk mengelola stres, terbukti pengelolaan stress dapat mempercepat penyembuhan RIH. Simpulan: Infeksi HSV 1 rekuren intraoral (RIH) dengan faktor predisposisi stres emosional dapat sembuh dengan terapi farmakologi berupa pemberian antivirus, obat kumur dan vitamin dan terapi non farmakologi pengelolaan stres dalam bentuk self suggestion menunjukkan perbaikan lesi pada minggu kedua dan sembuh pada minggu ketiga. ResumoA percepção de saúde abrange tanto questões físicas quanto emocionais, além de aspectos do bem-estar e da satisfação com a própria vida, assim como o seu nível está associado à adoção de comportamentos de saúde. Este artigo tem como objetivo avaliar o poder preditivo dos estressores ocupacionais e psicossociais para a autoavaliação da saúde geral em docentes de EaD e verificar se existe diferença na predição entre professores e tutores. A amostra do tipo não probabilística constituiu-se de 158 professores e 152 tutores de Educação a distância. Foi utilizado um questionário para obter dados sobre autoavaliação em saúde geral, avaliação de estressores ocupacionais e uma escala de avaliação de Estressores Psicossociais no Contexto Laboral. Os resultados, obtidos por meio da análise de regressão linear múltipla, indicaram como variáveis preditoras, nos professores, a carga horária de trabalho, forma como o trabalho é organizado e pressão do grau de responsabilidade e, nos tutores, conciliar trabalho-família, sobrecarga de papéis e relação com o superior imediato. Os resultados indicam especificidades nas variáveis explicativas no que tange à autoavaliação de tutores e professores. AbstractThe perception of health covers fisical and emotional points it also covers well-being and satisfaction with its own life, as well as its level is related to the adoption of a healthy behavior.This study aims to evaluate the predictive power of occupational and psychosocial stressors for the self-assessment of general health in teachers working in distance education and to verify if there are differences in the predictions between teachers and tutors. The nonprobalistic sample consisted of 158 teachers and 152 tutors working in distance education. A questionnaire was used to obtain data on self-assessment of general health, evaluation of occupational stressors. A scale for assessing psychosocial stressors in the work context was also used. The results, obtained through multiple linear regression analysis, indicated the following burnout predictive variables: in teachers, their work load, the way work is organized and the pressure of the level of responsibility; in tutors, the work-family balance, the overload of roles and the relationship with the immediate supervisor. The results indicate specificities in the explanatory variables regarding the self-assessment of tutors and teachers.
