The Role of Job Satisfaction, Work-life Balance on the Job Performance of Female Nurses at Local General Hospital

Abstract: This study aims to analyze the effect of Job Satisfaction, Work-Life Balance on the Job Performance of Female Nurses at Klungkung General Hospital.
