The article is devoted to the substantiation of the conceptual aspects of business project management, which is caused by the aggravation of international competition in the context of the establishment of sustainable development. The purpose of the study is to substantiate theoretical and methodological principles of the business projects management of enterprises, which will contribute to increasing international competitiveness in the conditions of global sustainability. The research used resource and system approaches, as well as the principles of purposefulness, interaction and efficiency of business project management. The functional dependence of the business project management is substantiated. Directions for improving the business projects management in the area of critical deviations of the trajectory of the project state are proposed. It has been proven that the randomness and uncontrollability of events form the variability of the expected value of the result of the business project management and expands the range of searching for the goals achievement with the deviation minimization of the project execution trajectory from the planned one. It has been justified that taking into account and increasing managerial, methodological, financial, production, scientific and innovative and marketing potentials contributes to increasing the competitiveness of enterprises in the international market in the conditions of global sustainability.

The regulatory policy of entrepreneurship development is aimed at creating favorable conditions for increasing competitiveness and the role of entrepreneurship in the economic system by applying a set of state regulatory measures aimed at improving the quality of public administration through the formation of a legislative space for the successful functioning and development of entrepreneurship, which, in turn, acts as a dominant economic security of the national economy. The purpose of this article is to study the influence of the regulatory policy of entrepreneurship development on ensuring the economic security of the national economy by determining the level of development of innovative entrepreneurship in the region. An analysis of the state of entrepreneurship in Ukraine was carried out, on the basis of which the main development trends, factors that influenced their formation, as well as directions for improving regulatory policy in the context of ensuring economic security of national security were determined. It has been proven that the focus of entrepreneurial structures on innovative activities will contribute to increasing competitiveness and profitability, which in turn will improve the life of the population, strengthen the economic position of the middle class, and therefore ensure the economic security of the national economy. Within the framework of the article, a methodical approach to the assessment of the development of innovative entrepreneurship in the regions of Ukraine is proposed, which makes it possible to carry out methodologically correct comparisons of the levels of development of the regions at the meso-level both by the complex indicator and by its individual components. The authors grouped and ranked the regions according to a comprehensive indicator and identified the leading regions, regions with an average level of development of innovative entrepreneurship, and outsider regions. Recommendations for overcoming the identified disparities are provided.

Within the article, the formation and transformation of credit behavior of households in the conditions of macroeconomic instability is examined. The research was conducted on the basis of the analysis of the features of economic development and the development of lending to households in Ukraine in 2006-2021. At the same time, the justification of theoretical features of the change in the specified type of behavior was carried out. First of all, in the article, economic and political conditions in which economy of Ukraine developed during the outlined period are studied. Appropriate statistical indicators were used for this purpose. Also, in the article, taking into account the indicators of macroeconomic dynamics, a thorough study of the field of lending to households was carried out. This made it possible to describe the peculiarities of the change in the state of such crediting in different conditions of the country's economic development. A detailed analysis of individual parameters of bank lending to households made it possible to describe the formed model of credit behavior of these economic entities and conduct a statistical analysis of the impact of individual economic parameters on changes in the volume of such loans, establish the strength of their influence and importance for ensuring stable functioning of the lending sphere of these economic entities.
