Abstract-The aim of the work is to identify the trends of human behavior determined by the development of digital technologies. It has been shown that the features of human psyche, related to a new form of identity -digital nomad's way of life -are a barrier which does not allow technological progress to transform into rapid economic growth. Nevertheless, the conducted study has led to a conclusion that the development of the so-called digital economy should be seen as a large-scale social engineering. This requires a personality to possess focused attention, rationalization of actions, and logical sequence in actions. When launching a comprehensive socio-cultural process, one must not ignore the negative factors of the digital nomad's way of life, but take into account various risks connected with it, which will increase the efficiency of various IT projects implementation. It is essential to realize that the so called digital economy development should be perceived as a large-scale social engineering. And it is important to create conditions for transformation the benefits of the digital economy to economic growth.

The article discusses methods and ethno-pedagogical approachesinKazakh customs, traditions, rituals of creative work, pedagogical competitions where students get the opportunity to demonstrate theoretical knowledge, erudition, and originality of thinking. This is a comprehensive monitoring study to show the experiences of teaching students ethno-pedagogical and other pedagogical approaches for forming a civil and patriotic worldview among students and preserving ethno-cultural traditions. Dialectical principles were used as the methodological basis of the study, making it possible to identify the main characteristics of the studied phenomena and processes in their interconnection for determining the trends in their formation and development. The results of the study shows the pedagogical potential of the ethno-cultural traditions of the Kazakh people is determined in its value -semantic aspect in the patriotic education of university students, taking into account modern socio-cultural conditions, traditions of the Kazakh people. The article deals with the formation of the civil competence of students in a multicultural educational environment of the university. The authors describe the concept of "civic competence", the functions and criteria of the civil competence of students. They listed a set of pedagogical conditions conducive to the formation of the civil competence of students of the Technical University. The authors specify the content of research principles for the formation of the civil competence of students: democratization, humanization, relations between education and life, the formation of cooperate personality, cultural policy and efficiency. The novelty of the research consists in the following: development of methods for forming civil competency of engineering students; experimental verification of complex pedagogical conditions that increase the efficiency of the formation of the civil competence of students. Thus, the article is devoted to the analysis of aspects such as the impact of socio-cultural environment in the process of formation of the civil competence of students and the study of the relationship between civil competence and ethnic tolerance.
