The Prospects of Family Health Center Personnel About Family Medicine

Abstract

Araştırmanın amacı Aile Sağlığı Merkezleri'nde çalışan sağlık personelinin sağlık uygulaması hakkındaki düşüncelerini öğrenmek ve bakış açılarını değerlendirmek. Gereç ve Yöntem: Araştırmamız, Afyonkarahisar'da 30 Aile Sağlığı Merkezi'nde görev yapmakta olan 52 hekim ve 64 aile sağlığı elemanı üzerinde gerçekleştirilen kesitsel tipte bir araştırmadır. Araştırmada bölgede fiili olarak çalışan 134 sağlık personelinin 116'sına (%86,6) ulaşılmıştır. Anket formu katılımcılar tarafından dolduruldu. Bulgular: Araştırmaya katılan Aile Sağlığı Merkezi çalışanlarının %64,4'ü (n=67) sosyal ve ekonomik sebeplerle; %35,6'sı (n=37) birinci basamağı sevmesi, rekabet ve performansı arttırması, hastaların yararına bir uygulama olduğunu düşünmeleri sebebiyle aile hekimliği uygulamasında yer almayı kabul etmişlerdir. 10 yıl ve üzerinde bu meslekte çalışan hekimlerin, 10 yıl altındakilere göre Aile Hekimliği uygulamasından ayrılmak istemedikleri ortaya çıkmıştır (p<0,001). Aile Hekimliği uygulamasını, katılımcıların 47'si (%45,6) başarılı, 32'si (%31,1) başarısız bulurken 24'ü (%23,3) ise hem başarılı hem de başarısız yönlerinin olduğunu düşünmektedir. Tartışma: Araştırmamızın sonucunda aile hekimliği uygulamasının olumlu ve olumsuz yönlerinin olduğu tespit edilmiştir. Sağlık personelinin özlük haklarının korunması, çalışma koşullarının düzeltilmesi, iş güvenliliğinin sağlanması, çalışanlara eşit hakların verilmesi, sağlık personelinin aile hekimliği uygulamasına uyumunu hızlandıracaktır.

Being a Nurse Instead of Personnel in a Family Health Center
